In the Ruins of the was once the Great Kingdom of Tempest was located,

Multiple giants, vampires, angels, and treants with complete armor at least Rare Grade, most of them are not lower than A+ ranked,

They are divided into two groups, one group is in charge of watching over the slaves,

The other group are task to guard and monitor the surrounding area covering from the tempest ruins until shisu lake,

There are also guards scattered in the area that numbers around 8,000 which mostly composed of B+ ranked monsters,

The slaves  are mostly composed of goblins, ogres, beastman, lizardman, dwarfs, tengu, orcs, and even humans are mixed in the batch, they number around 25,000 mostly C- to B ranked only

The slaves are divided into 3 different groups,

The first group, are assigned inside the cave to mine raw magic ore, the ores inside the cave regenerate faster compared to other places

The second group, are the ones that carry and deliver the magic ores, to be extracted into Magisteel inside the Magicule labyrinth,

They discovered that by bringing those raw ores inside the Magicule labyrinth (ramiris labyrinth), the raw ores would extract more Magisteel at least 2x its amount if cultivated inside for a month,

They only breakthrough until the 95th floor, that's because the 96-100th floor was sealed by Rimuru himself, it was the resting place for the 8 patrons,

That's also the reason why those raw ores can extract more Magisteel, it's because of the leaking magicules of the patrons

The third group are assigned to plant Hipokute herbs near Shisu lake, after the 'Great fall' they recovered records from the cave(Vesta's old lab) on how to make the 99% potions,

They started to cultivate it for themselves hiding them on other factions, they are stocking it for war consumption, Shisu lake also has a stable water supply and is good for a substitute,

That's why they decided to cultivate it in Shisu lake to have more room in the cave for ores to form on
