milk cookie is incredibly tall in comparison to purple yam cookie, with a fairly toned build. his hair is curly, short and soft, and he's got that godly beauty. (amen!!!)
milk cookie (canonically) has albinism, so he's oftentimes sunburned or even avoiding the sunlight because his skin is far more sensitive.
