Angela's pov
-------------------

My heart was racing as a splitting pain surged through my head. I groaned as I tried to sit up but fell back onto something soft I was laying on.

Slowly opening my eyes, I tried to take in my surroundings. It was dark and seemed like I was in someone's bedroom. I tried sitting up again but every limb in my body hurt. I try to jog my memory on how I ended up here but my mind was blank.

What the hell happened?

I look around the large room and notice that it has a very dark interior. Everything was mostly black and some items were a shade of gray I assume. It looked and felt so cold and empty despite everything in here.

The bed I was laying on felt so soft and the sheets were silk which made it feel even more comfortable. There was also a man's scent in the room. It smelled nice.

I soon came to my senses and realized that, this is not my home. I can't believe I got so distracted. Their was a sudden knock on the door and I started to panic.

I pulled my legs to my chest and saw the door open when I didn't give an answer. I froze when I saw the familiar face enter the room. That was when all the memories from last night kicked in.

Sneeking out of the house.

Stopping at the first clothing store I saw and bought a super revealing dress.

Going to a club for the first time, to 'celebrate' my birthday.

Drinking for the first time!

And meeting a very handsome man with pretty gray eyes, whose name I don't even know.

Getting dragged towards his car and running away...

One of the men catching me and putting a cloth to my face.....

Oh my gosh, I was kidnapped!

The sound of footsteps approaching snapped me out of my thoughts. I looked up and saw the same handsome man from last night. My eyes widen when he sat on the edge of the bed facing me with an emotionless face.

I scooted as far away from him as I could, complety ignoring the pain I'm feeling throughout my body.

"I'm not going to hurt you." his gruff voice echoed through the silent room. He looked intimidating and had this dark aura around him. And judging by this and the men from last night, I'm gonna take a wild guess and say he's probably a part of the mafia too.

" That's hard to believe, considering you kidnapped me." I said quietly, silently hoping he didn't hear me. I didn't want to make him mad and he has proven to have a very short temper.

He grunted and suddenly stood up. "Look, I need you to answer me a few questions." he gritted out and looked at me sharply, as if daring me to say otherwise.

I gulped and didn't say anything. I looked down at the bedsheets and waited for him to continue. He did, after taking a deep breath.

" What's your name? " he asked. And I was shocked that was the question he decided to ask, since he was the one who kidnapped me. I looked up at him and he was getting impatient with my lack of answers.

"Angela Santiago." I replied quietly. He had a look of relief on his face after hearing that but he quickly covered it up.

"Do you know who I am?" he asked, impatiently again. It sounded like he wanted a specific answer. Almost like he was hoping that I did.

"No, I don't." I answered. I thought I saw hurt flash in his eyes but it disappeared as quickly as it came. I came to the conclusion that he doesn't like showing his emotions.
