Eighteen years ago...
"Are we still on for dinner tonight James?" Dr Donnie Michaels said as he came up to James after a surgery.
"As far as I know, thats usually our wives." James said as he finished his post opt notes.
Donnie began his notes, "That is true, we are just told to show our ugly mugs." Donnie said
James let out a chuckle, "You're the ugly one, I'm off to update my patient's family " James said
"That's cold." Donnie said
Meanwhile Elaine and Winnie were just clearing the last of the trauma that had just come through the ER.
"So dinner tonight at the usual place?" Elaine said
"Yup.." Winnie said as they both sat down at the nurse's station.
"What a morning so far.." Elaine said
"Good morning ladies" James said as Donnie joined them.
They began to discuss their dinner plans, The Michaels and The Barnes had been friends since college. They were both happy to be able to stay together and work together.
