Count to 100 and in your head or aloud repeat affirmations between each number. After you've reached 100, start to only focus on visualising your DR whilst affirming your identity for example:
My name is..
I am .. years old
I attend ..
I work as ..
My friends are ..

Once you feel you're ready, or feel your surroundings change, either go to sleep or open your eyes.
