Get into any comfy position and listen to subliminals or 6hz theta waves. Meditate for at least 10 minutes. Once you have finished meditating, start repeaing "I am" until you feel symptoms of shifting. Begin to count to 100, affirmations between each number is not necessary with this method.

When you get to 100, start your DR identity affirmations like "My name is.." "I am .. years old" etc. After you have finished your affirmations, visualise your DR until you feel your surroundings change. Open your eyes and you should be there.
