Chapter 21.

They had figured out who it was that attacked Noah . His name was Noah Patrick and he was a student in the high school. After figuring this out they rushed to the school with hope to find something belonging to him that Scott can get a scent from

Scott opened Noah's locker and grabbed a jacket from the inside "Now we can catch his scent." Scott said and closed the locker.  Malia made her way towards her friends and Scott passed her the jacket so she get a scent

Stiles sighed as he watched Malia sniff Noah's jacket, isaac stood beside her. He didn't want anyone brought into this, he hadn't talked to anyone but Alex since theos version of stiles story was told "you called them"

Scott nodded "We need all the help that we can get. I should be calling everyone" he told him

"You three are all we need, no one else needs to be called." She told them, she knew if Isaac and Malia believed her they definitely believed stiles. Isaac himself hadn't really talked to Theo a lot; much like stiles, he kept himself guarded, learning from past experience

"don't forget I know what he looks like" she reminded the alpha.

Stiles hand brushed against hers as a silent thanks for making sure they didn't call anyone else. Right now all he wanted was to find some sort of a cure for his dad.

The jacket had lead the five of them to an abandoned train stations below the town of beacon hills. Malia and Scott walked ahead of the couple as they followed the scent through the air

Alex looked at her boyfriend and noticed who tried he looked. Of course he had barely slept given the circumstances "You okay" She asked

Stiles nodded "Yeah. I'm fine" he lied. Alex knew he was lying but knew it was best to not ask, if he was ready to talk he wouldn't have lied to begin with.

"Your dads gonna be okay, he's strong" she reassured "And I know right now Scott isn't in either of our good books but right now we need everyone to try and fix this"  she explained

Stiles nodded "thanks. I honestly wouldn't have survived the last 12 hours without you" 

Alex smiled at him "Hey, Your my best friend and boyfriend I'm always gonna be there. It's what we do"

Stiles nodded, he noticed now Isaac had strayed behind them, probably waiting for a chance ti talk to Alex "I'm gonna walk ahead, he looks like he wants to talk" stiles referred to the beta

Stiles picked up the pace, Isaac took his spot beside Alex "hi"

"Hey"

"So we haven't gotten a chance to talk much, huh?" He asked

"We both just strayed to different people" she shrugged

"I know you grew close with Theo, I also know you won't talk to stiles because of his. So I'm offering my services" he offered, adding a joke

Alex shook her head with a small smile "he eh, he told me he could bring Allison back"

Isaac almost stopped In his tracks, the words felt like train hitting him "can he?"

"I don't think so, but I'll never get to know"

"He couldn't have, he doesn't have the resources for that. He was just trying to distract you" Isaac tried to convince, he wasn't quite sure who we was convincing

"How have you been?" Alex asked, not having heard from him in days

"I've just been helping Mal try and find her mom" He replied "she really wants to find her but I Don't think it's a good idea" he admitted
