Ace put down Shnelle on their bed and sat down close to her.
Shnelle was still crying because of what happened downstairs unknown with the fact that her tears were increasing Ace's anger. He was having a hard time controlling it.
"Love, stop crying." Ace said in a hard tone but it had zero effect on her as she continued to wail like a baby.
" damn it,I said stop crying. " Ace shouted and threw a punch at the headboard beside her. Shnelle jumped away in fear. Ace eyed her trembling figure and his eyes immediately softened. His hands move forward to caress her face but it was too late as she coward back from his reach.
Ace on seeing her reaction left the room in anger. Shnelle when heard him leaving looked up. Shnelle knew she was crying childishly but she can't help it. Sometimes our emotions are uncontrollable and we can't help but cry our eyes out.

At around 6:45 pm ,all servants were setting the dinning table with food, crockeries and cutleries as dinner was about to start and they all knew how punctual Diana is.
As everyone gathered around the table for dinner, Diana noticed that everyone was present except Shnelle. She glanced at Ace to see his stoic face and can also see some anger in his eyes which made her think he was still angry with her.
"Ruby, where's our daughter-in-law?" She asked Ruby which caught everyone's attention.
" Mom,I think she is just coming." Ruby spoke softly knowing her mother-in-law's nature who hummed in reply which shocked everyone as she usually doesn't let go such matters that easily.
Suddenly they heard the sound of chair moving which made them turn in its direction. Shnelle sat down on the chair while muttering a small sorry for coming late. A servant came near her and served her plate with food. Shnelle thanked her and began to eat.
Diana was eating less and watching more. She was observing both Shnelle and Ace closely. On one side,Shnelle wasn't looking at Ace and Ace on the other hand can't keep his eyes off her.
He was intensely looking at her which clearly was making Shnelle nervous but still didn't bother to glance at him.
As they finished eating, all begin to leave to go in the living room to sit and chat, except for Shnelle who was still eating her food. She couldn't eat properly with his smoldering gaze during the dinner. As she finished her food she stood up to go in the living area where all were sitting.
When she entered there,she saw them all talking like a normal family not some wealthy dangerous mafia family.
For a second, she thought that if she didn't know that they were a Don family, she would've thought that they were a normal happy family.
She moved to sit beside Emily but
" Shnelle. " Ace called her which instantly made her stiff. The whole family was gazing at them. Shnelle turned towards him to see him sitting like a King already eyeing her.
" Come and sit with me." He didn't invite but order her.
She has no other option but to silently sit near him. She still left some space between them but Ace didn't say anything.
Diana cleared her throat and grumbled " Shnelle, I apologize for my earlier outburst. I'm genuinely feeling guilty for treating you like the way I did. I'm sorry. "
Shnelle who didn't saw this coming was shocked to hear this. She unconsciously looked at Ace not knowing what to say. Ace who was busy in his mobile felt a delicate stare at him. He looked in its direction to see his girl staring at him for some help. When Shnelle looked into his beautiful grey eyes deeply, she was hypnotized. In all these six years of knowing him,she never noticed his eyes with this fascination. She knew that he was handsome but never paid it any attention but while looking at his eyes she now understood why girls are crazy for him. Ace saw her looking at him with fascination. He chuckled internally as she was looking so cute,he just want to squeeze her cheeks. He wasn't happy or shy with her stare but he was just feeling peace.
Shnelle who was hypnotized, came back to reality. She embarrassingly said to Diana "It's ok. Please don't apologize Grandma." Diana nodded in return.
Diana was sitting close to Ruby, Richard and Riccardo and away from Shnelle and Ace.
" Are you sure?" Diana asked Richard which caught Ruby's attention too.
Richard with a small frown asked her in confusion " About what Madre?"
