61: Emily's worries

Emily tried to examine the person in front of them. That person has a well defined square shaped face with a sharp straight nose, well arched beautiful lips and a pair of emerald green eyes which were on Shnelle.

Shnelle who's busy glaring at her cell while munching on her cheese sandwich also felt a person's presence beside their table.

She glanced up to see a boy of her age. He was holding a glass of strawberry shake in her direction and he was looking at her expressionlessly.

'Why was this arrogant man looking at her?'

And

'Why are other people so lucky today?'

'Why can't she have the strawberry shake when he has?'

This is not fair and on top of that this man also wants to sieze their table and enjoy his strawberry shake.

Unknown to her criticizing and weird perceptive thoughts about himself,Ryan was admiring the girl he has become so fond of.

Apart from when she collided with him, this was the first time he has seen her so closely.

Cute! That's what she's.

The way her brows furrowed as her blue eyes scanned him so judgementally still chewing on her sandwich in her mouth looking like a hamster just made her even more adorable.

Elias whose presence was yet to be discovered by others saw this interaction between Ryan and his girl and he has to give Ryan a pat on shoulder for his choice.

This choice was worth the wait.

No matter how many beauties Ryan has spent himself on, this one was so rare.

For a second, Elias felt himself slipping for her but then he remembered the bro-code between him and Ryan.

Ryan was possessive for his things. He didn't like others touching his mobile, airpods, bag, car, bike anything. He's too possessive for his things.

Then he didn't even want to imagine how possessive Ryan is for this girl.

Although Ryan enjoyed being with different girls, he always used to say that when his girl would arrive in his life he would give up all of this. He wouldn't even glance at a girl so there was no chance for betraying her and from what Elias can see it seems like Ryan has already tagged this girl as his.

The way he's softly looking at her says a million words about his feelings for her.

Emily cleared her throat to have attention of both Shnelle, who's glaring at Ryan for no reason and Ryan, who's staring at Shnelle for no reason or maybe ....some.

Shnelle on hearing that sound turned towards Emily to hear what she has to say.

Contrary to Ryan who didn't appreciate her presence at all.

Emily pursed her lips on being ignored before blurting out " You can take it away. We don't want it. "

Shnelle who thought that this person was trying to snatch their seats for enjoying this strawberry shake felt ashamed for thinking so bad about someone who's giving his strawberry shake to them so kindly.

What a kind man he is.

Ryan felt Emily's voice like a hammer hitting iron to his ears.

Annoying! and truly unwanted.

Why are others disturbing their interaction?

Couldn't they just sit and mind their own business.

Irritated by Emily,Ryan continued to keep his eyes on Shnelle and answered "Please, take this. It's just that my friend was the one who ordered this last glass of strawberry shake just to irritate me as I don't like it but then I heard from the worker that you wanted this so here you can have it. It's untouched,I promise."

Ryan oh so professionally put the whole blame on Elias who's standing behind him.

For a second, even Elias titled himself as a sinner without even sinning.

But he couldn't open his mouth to say in his favor because Ryan has made a deal with him.

When did his friend started to bully his best friend instead of others?

oh right, since he started to have feelings for this girl.

Shnelle never thought that in this selfish world, there are some people who are kind, polite and thoughtful.

So admiring.

Unable to deny his sincere request she accepted it " Thank you."

Ryan who thought that their hands would brush each others when she would take the glass felt disappointed when she took the glass maintaining such a distance that forget about their hands even their fingers won't brush together.

Elias covered his mouth to stop himself from laughing out loudly seeing his best friend's defeated face.

Saying this Shnelle ignored him and finished her half eaten sandwich and quickly drank that shake and waited for Emily who's eating so mindlessly.

Ryan seeing her busy in eating her food also took his seat with his friend on their usual table where 3 people were waiting for them.

Liam was asking Elias of what happened there and Sasha and Brittany were studying Shnelle from their table.Ryan was like a brother to them and being his sisters, they wanted Ryan to choose a right girl not someone who's fake and greedy.

Shnelle and Emily after eating went to their classes. Shnelle focussed only on her lectures. She only heard her professors words and practiced whatever questions they're given them to prepare for finals.

After 2 days, their exams would began so the professors were giving them notes and quizzes to prepare themselves & revise their topics.

Shnelle didn't notice that Ryan & his group was also in her class but Emily couldn't find herself to ignore their presence.

Emily didn't know why but she felt like Ryan was taking so much interest in Shnelle. She knows his reputation and that's why she was worrying and more than that she was worried for Shnelle & Ace's fight.

Finally around 3pm, they were done with their classes & ready to go their house.

Ryan was standing with his friends near his car in the parking lot talking. When he saw Shnelle and Emily coming out and sitting inside a black tinted expensive car. Before he could see that car it drove away.

However, he knew that the car wasn't for normal people it's for mafias. He and everyone knew that Emily belongs to the king family and her brother is the Don of Italy, so it's normal for her to sit in that car.

But why did Shnelle sit in that car? It wasn't normal because mafias doesn't trust anyone whether a friend, enemy, popular, unknown ...... no one.
Even if she is a friend of Emily it didn't make sense.

Observing his confused expression his friends mistook it for missing Shnelle and so to cheer him up they took him to watch a movie.

On the other hand, when Emily and Shnelle entered inside the mansion. Shnelle straight away went to her room to take rest and then to began studying.

Emily after surfing on internet for an hour or two also decided to study with Shnelle in her room. When she was going towards her room. She saw Scarlett talking to someone on her mobile and from what she can see she wasn't happy.

Emily was wondering what spoiled her mood because in the morning she was looking so happy and cheerful and she was openly gazing at Ace infront of everyone without any fear. Emily shook her head and went to Shnelle's room.

The more she was noticing things and people around her the more she was getting anxious for future and right now she just wanted to study.

Around 7pm in the evening, another black car entered the king mansion when guards opened the door, a very disheveled and angry Ace stepped out of it.
