Chapter 9

"And some memories never leave"

"I hope last week wasn't a lot of bother," hyunjin said settling down on his chair "yeah except the part I fucking lost my virginity" jimin nods his head thinking about all the past events that had occurred "it was so nice without you here as nice as our boss" hyunjin chuckled at jimin's sarcasm

"Looks like someone fell in love with their boss in only a week" hyunjin added, "omg how do you know that?" He gasped putting his hand on his mouth "I don't know when and how I fell in love with my devilish boss Kim taehyung..... maybe the way he dragged me like I'm an animal or maybe the way he shouts at me with his deep ass voice or maybe because he held me so aggressively that he left his fingerprints on me"

He played along with all dramatic expressions he can come up with putting his hand on his heart and then on his face like he meant each and every word with the depth of his heart "I love him so much that sometimes I want to choke him to death and...." A loud voice of someone clearing his throat made jimin's drama stop

"Mr. Park in my office right now" he heard his boss' lovely voice, he froze in his place hyunjin chewed on his lips too in fear and nervousness but still gathered the courage to stand up and bowed greeting his boss taehyung nods his head and gestures him to sit down with his finger he shot a glare at jimin one last time who was still frozen in his place and then left

"He's gone," hyunjin said sitting back in his seat jimin exhale a loud breath that he was holding in "I can't go he will kill me" jimin gave hyunjin his puppy eyes, the eyes that were infamous as irresistible "but you have to" he smiled at him and then looked down and started typing on his laptop, asshole jimin whispered standing up from his seat and dragging his feet towards his grave that he dug on his own

He knocks on the door of his boss' office "come in" he heard him and walked in with his shaking legs his heart was beating louder with every heavy step he takes

"Since you have been so busy talking shit about me behind my back, you forgot to check the email correctly before sending it to the Navi empires, and now they have canceled the deal because of your recklessness..." He banged his hand on the table, a loud thud echoed through the entire room

"Now you tell me" his voice was low this time as he leaned in on his table setting his hands on the table crouching just a tad bit so he could see the latter much clearly

"Who is going to be responsible for all this mess?" He asked in an even lower tone, and to put it into simple words. It sounded far way scarier than to hear a beast growl to take your life

"I...sir" jimin didn't have words to explain his mistake, when did he even become so hasty. "I'm truly sorry for what I have caused sir, I will be more careful from now on. As for what has already been done, I will set a meeting with the Navi empires and convince them to put their money back on the deal" he spoke confidently yet his posture was indicating that the boy indeed felt intimidated by his boss

Taehyung remained silent for a few seconds before sitting back in his seat, "leave it, they can go to hell with their tacky ass money. I don't need it anyway" and that confused jimin, if he didn't need the money anyway then why did he even call him here and gave him this entire lecture, what was even the purpose

"You can go now and tell hyunjin to arrange a grand party to distract the media before they make a fuss of this deal canceled shit" jimin nods his head regretting his mistake which caused so much trouble to his boss

"You are coming to the party right?" Hyunjin asked handing jimin the VIP invitation to the party "Of course I don't want him to scold me again" jimin takes the invitation from his hand "it's a ball party" hyunjin added and suddenly a very faint memories flash through jimin's mind his head started spinning as he stumbled but hyunjin held him wrapping his hands around his waist not letting the latter fall

"Are you okay jimin?" He makes jimin sit on the nearest chair jimin nods his head "I'm...fine it's just my head hurts" jimin answered with a low voice "it's because you're overdoing yourself checking everything many times, I get it you did a mistake but mistakes happen to humans it doesn't mean you have to burden yourself so much that it starts affecting your health"

Jimin stare at hyunjin till he finished "what?" Hyunjin asked "nothing" jimin replied breaking his gaze from hyunjin's face "you are going home now you have to rest before the party," hyunjin handed jimin a water bottle "what about him?" Jimin eyed his boss' office "I will talk to him, I'll tell my driver to drop you home"

"You don't have to bother I can go by myself and what if he gets mad again?" jimin asked standing up "he won't, I don't know why he's like that to you he never treated me like that, he even taught me a lot when I was a newbie" jimin rolled his eyes at his words hyunjin walked jimin to the car since jimin still felt dizzy

Taehyung walked into the office hyunjin and jimin shared "where is he?" He asked as soon as his eyes went to the empty table of jimin "umm..sir I told him to go home he wasn't feeling well because of the overwork he's been doing to fulfill his mistake" hyunjin responded

Taehyung knotted his brows "did he go home by himself?" "No, my driver dropped him" taehyung nods his head "tell him not to come to the office tomorrow and stay at home umm... And check if he's sick or something" he tries to not show how much he's worried about the younger "okay sir"

"What the hell!!" Jimin jumped out of his bed as he saw jisoo standing on the door frame "when did you come back?" He hugged her tightly missing his best friend for so long "this morning" she replied kissing him on his cheek jungkook walked in on them and rolled his eyes at the scene

"You guys make me cringe" jungkook commented sitting on his bed "you're just jealous kook" jimin replied checking jisoo's new dyed hair "why would I?" Jungkook shrugged tilting his head to the side jisoo fell flat on jimin's bed "tell me everything that I missed" She said looking at jimin who walked towards the bed "I'm leaving I'm tired of listening stories about his boss"

"Boss! what boss?" Jisoo asked in confusion "his new boss is all that's going on in his life these days" jungkook replied still sounding mad at them "he's talking nonsense I have my own life besides him" jimin tugged the strand of his hair behind his hair all sassily

"So you lost your virginity to your hot boss and I was living under a rock" jisoo let out an audible gasp "he's not hot" jimin added "but he sounds hot to me all that stuff I totally ship you guys" jungkook's ears perked up at jisoo's shipping word who was laying on his bed burying his face in the pillow pretending to ignore their conversation because apparently, he's not mad at them

"You do too!!" He jumped on jimin's bed excitedly high fiving jisoo. And their rest of the night went like this jisoo and jungkook teasing jimin with his boss and jimin taking revenge by teasing them and they all ended up getting awkward.
