Chapter 12

"I'll choose his happiness over mine, every time" 

It's been days since taehyung has been seeing the spirits they try to talk to him and when he ignores them they scare him, hurt him, bother him in every way they can and he's hiding it all from jimin and that's bothering jimin a lot, living with taehyung in the same house but still he's feeling like a stranger

Taehyung barely talks to him and when jimin tries to make a conversation with him he always looks lost, staring here and there not even paying attention to what jimin is saying, he even sleeps in another room sometimes, and when he did it the first time jimin cried all night thinking he's losing interest in jimin or there's possibly something he's hiding from him

But in any case, it broke jimin getting ignored by taehyung was the last thing he expected in his life, they build their relationship up so high but now it's all falling down but the worst thing was taehyung didn't look so good either, and to jimin, he looked more alive even when he was dead than now.

"Tae..." Jimin called taehyung when he was about to walk upstairs after their deadly silent dinner "I'm sleepy we'll talk later" taehyung took a step to climb the stairs but jimin hugged him from behind crashing his body hard into taehyung's "at least talk to me" he mumbled in his back "tell me what I did wrong.... I'll fix it...."

Taehyung closed his eyelids making the tears in his eyes fall down on his cheeks as he gulped down feeling his throat burn from the emotions he was holding back "if it's me then...I'll fix myself" and it was enough for taehyung to turn around and hugged him, it took years for jimin to get out of that hell hole and taehyung doesn't want to throw him in that again

"It's not about you, jiminie, you are perfect you don't have to fix anything in you for anyone, I love you min" taehyung kissed his head calming the fire that was burning jimin inside he sobbed in his chest as taehyung played with his hair planting soft kisses on his head jimin broke the hug and looked up at him "then tell me what is it? And don't lie to me"

"It's just about work" jimin punched his chest "liar" taehyung chuckled holding his wrists kissing his small fists "it's something I can't tell you, please chim, I'm trying to protect you" jimin looked in his eyes trying to read the easiest language he's known "it's about that nightmare you had right?"

Taehyung closed his eyes "stop reading my eyes" jimin cutely giggled bumping their nose together getting on his tiptoes "okay tell me when it's the right time" taehyung peek through his one eye smiling seeing jimin's face little swollen cause of the spicy noodle they had for dinner he looks like a living mochi

Jimin ran upstairs, he took a leave from his dance school earlier to surprise taehyung and spend some time with him since he's working from home today he stopped in the door frame of their room as he heard taehyung talking to someone "I can't help you, I can only see you. and I don't know why? So now leave me alone"

Jimin peeks from the door his eyes widened there wasn't anyone in the room then who's taehyung talking to? And suddenly something pushed taehyung down on the floor as he started screaming jimin ran inside "taehyung!!" he hugged taehyung who was fighting with the air defending himself from no one

jimin felt someone holding his hand and throwing him away from taehyung "jimin!!! Don't touch him" taehyung shouted running to jimin's side but stopped when the spirit that attacked him glared in his direction and then at jimin she walked closer to him and held him from his neck up in the air

jimin started chocking the invisible hand around his neck started getting tighter and it gets hard for him to breathe his eyes started getting red "please leave him" taehyung begged her but she didn't listen "ok-ay.... okay I will help you now leave him" she growled a few times and then let go of jimin's neck making him drop down on the ground
