Quick Notes...
There are multiple differences, not just in the buildings, but with the MHA stuff aswell
Example: The Twin Towers, and Many Other Skysrapers, were MUCH Taller: The North Tower was 1792 feet (546 meters) to the roof and 2255 (686 Meters) feet to the Spire Tip.
The Reasoning for the example above is, with Quirks existing, I feel like people would build much taller...
