Dallas POV
I went upstairs to go see Silas. I knocked and got no response but I went in. I was shocked at what I saw Silas laid on the floor unconscious notes by their side. Suicide notes and a bottle of ibuprofen. I screamed "SOMEONE!!!!911! ITS SIERRA!" I cringed saying Sierra. Demi and Maddie came running and so did mom. Mom was on the phone with 911. "5 minutes. Oh my god" mon said swallowing a choked sob. I began CPR and Maddie and Demi grabbed the notes. EMTs arrived. "Good job ma'am thank you we can take it from here. We can't have anyone in the ambulance but follow us to the hospital." I got up a wiped the tears off my cheeks. Maddie handed me my note as we all went downstairs. Deciding mom Maddie Demi and me would go and Eddie would stay we all got in the car. Halfway there mom asked "anyone know why mine and Eddies note was signed Silas?" All three of us kids said "they are non binary" we were all shocked the other knew and mom just nodded. We got out to be flooded by paps "what's happened!?" One asked "where's Sierra?!" I corrected them "SILAS! Where's Silas and none of your business so fuck you" I said as I walked into the hospital. We were escorted all crying messes to a waiting room filled with also crying messes. We all cried waiting for the doctor. Finally after hours and hours a doctor came out blood on his coat. "Sierra Gonzalez Lovato?" We all stood up and I said as I was the only one who really had a voice right now "Yes? How are they?" The doctor took my hint "Their unconscious right now. Over dose on ibuprofen. There are also plenty of self inflicted wounds clear self injury. We suggest you send them to a psych ward when they are released from the hospital. We are lucky they made it now. Ma'am your CPR was a vital role in keeping them alive and whoever found them is part of the reason they are alive. They won't be awake for a little while but will be soon. We transferred them to a new room. Would you like to go see them?" We all nodded and he took us back. We walked into the room and Demi and I both sat down bedside to them. Maddie and mom went to sit in chairs farther away. "My child. How could I let this happen to them. Right under my nose too. I'm so stupid" I shook my head at the way Demi was speaking to themselves "Look Demi, I don't know what Silas said in their letter to you but I'm betting it included something about it not being your fault. It's not! It's nobodies!" I said having gotten quite angry because of all of this. I heard a quiet groan. I immediately looked at Silas hearing it come from them. "Who-who is there? And shhh too loud" I let a tear fall down my cheek and one fell down everyone else's as well. "It's Demi baby. And Dallas and Maddie and Mom" Demi said quietly. Silas nodded and opened their eyes even though they left them squinted. "Baby? Silas, we are going to have to send you to get help. From professionals" Silas just nodded "ok. Where?" Demi looked at them "I'm not sure what mom will say but I think Timberline would be a good idea" mom nodded before walking out of the room. I heard a sob from down the hallway. Definitely mom. I hugged Silas "Si I love you so so much. Please never do that again" I said and Silas just nodded. He doctor walked in "I see your awake Sierra" Silas whisper corrected him "Silas" he nodded "sorry Silas. Anyway you have some slight sight damage to your sight from the OD. You'll be close to full sight in a few hours but your perifial vision will be messed up for years and possibly the rest of your life. I'm sorry" Silas nodded "It's ok who are you?" The doctor nodded "I'm doctor Richmond but you can just call me George" Silas and the rest of us nodded before he left. Eventually it was time for one person to stay and everyone else to leave. Silas chose me to stay with them tonight.
