Chapter 6 Betrayal

Marshall POV

As I walked into what I was told the Lookout these pups came up to us I backed up little startled I have no idea who these pups are? I said to myself. "How are you feeling Marshall?" One of them said, "Um who are you?" They all just looked at me with this sad but confused look. "You know us we are your friends." Before I could say anything this tag along with the other pups tags light up, "Ryder needs us!" They said, as I watched them all run to an elevator at last I was in my thoughts. At least that is what I thought.

Skye POV

"What is going on with Marshall, where is Chase?" All the other pups looked at me "We have no idea." They said, "Maybe Ryder will tell us." As we got in formation there was no one at the screen, we looked around wondering what is going on. Just then Ryder came out from behind the screen "Pups I have some bad news." "This can't be good", I said to myself.

Chase POV

Why am I even trying to help him he cant even help himself, I mean its not his fault but it is. Maybe I'm having second thoughts about this whole dating thing, I need to get out of here for awhile, clear my head. As I started to drive I looked behind me seeing Marshall watch me drive off, maybe he's better off without me. I not even strong enough to get past these stupid thoughts, let alone help him or even protect him. Tears start to form in Chases eyes.

Marshall's POV

I walk outside to see Chase starting to drive off in his cruiser, did I just remember something? Marshall asked himself. Maybe I can remember something else, I looked around for anything I could remember, then it hit me. Everything the fire, my pup house, Chase. I thought about Chase how much he helps me cares for me, I love him. But where did he go? Did he have tears in his eyes to?

No one's POV

Marshall started to get worried about Chase, he jumped in his truck and drove off trying to find him. He drove everywhere that he thought Chase would be at. But nothing "Where are you?" Marshall said out loud, Just then Ryder called Marshall back to the lookout, when Marshall arrived, he seen everyone upset." Marshall, I'm sorry but I'm removing you from the Paw Patrol." "What, why?" Marshall said tears in his eyes, "I'm sorry" Ryder then reached out his hand for Marshall's tag. "Why?" Marshall asked "Just get out of here you stupid idiot!" Ryder said pointing away from the Lookout. Marshall seen and ran away not looking back.

What did I do? why is this happening to me? Why did they Betray me? A thousand thoughts were going through Marshalls head, as Marshall looked down all he could see was his paws moving. He ran and ran not looking back, he thought off his old friends, the paw Patrol, the Lookout, Chase; Chase, that name brings hope and happiness back to Marshall knowing he still has someone, at least that's what he thinks.
