3rd POV

Oh I'm still alive I guess. What a pity for me end up like this. I never even got to tell Miko that I love her-... wait when did I start to love her. Ahhhhh it doesn't matter anyways since I will die here anyways. Himawari thought

"Raise it to 6% now!" Kaito shouted

"Sir! If we raise it that high the chances of the termination of the girl are up to 48%!" The other scientists shouted back

"Doesn't matter. This is my chance to prove to myself to Aleister that my creation will be stronger then every esper in academy City put together!" He glared menacingly at another other one of the scientists "Now raise it to 6%... NOW!" He shouted

They pulled the levers forward and pushed the machine to 6%. Sparks could be saw emanating on Himawari's body as she let out a bloodcurling scream. Moments later a door in the facility was busted open. A pale looking lady with brown hair and bags under her eyes walked down the steps to where the machine holding Himawari was.

"Oi, douchebag I offered to help you produce an esper surpassing that of the Accelerator not torture children... what are you even doing" she stated blandly

"Kiyama-San is that what it truly looks like... in that case. Take a look at these numbers and readings." He stated after shutting off the machine leaving Himawari panting. He handed Kiyama the device he was using for his readings

"Damn... you've really created a monster haven't you" Kiyama gritted out Before continuing "with power like this you could destroy the entire academy city. Which leads me to question you. What makes you think you can control her" she questioned

"Simple. I just expanded upon what you have already created and made it a little more different. Instead connecting all your pawns to a network I connected her entire nervous system into my own network while clearing her thoughts. I am able to roughly control her based on an important factor. Emotion." He finished

"This is ridiculous. There's no was you can control someone that powerful with your third rate ability. You will lose control and she will destroy everything." Kiyama scoffed

"If the God's will it so" Kaito corrected

"Alright fine. I will see to it that your plan goes through, but for now no more experiments on that girl. You're making her terrifyingly powerful. At this point she probably would have to be categorized as a level 6 if not 7." She remarked grimly

"Glad we have an agreement miss Kiyama" he added

Himawari POV

"Go ahead and toss her in that room" I heard a voice say. Suddenly I was pushed harshly into the room in front of me making me fall with a thud as I hear the door close behind me. It  was cold dark and dirty making me sneeze "Achoo!"

During time that felt like hours the sun finally started to set leaving pitch black in the room. My emotions finally catching up to me tears started to well up. "Damn it. I can't even use my powers right now. My head hurts and my lungs are burning. Am I actually going to die..." my mind trailed off to thoughts of Mikoto 'Miko...' I stiffened "No. Not yet. Before I die I will tell her how I feel about her." I looked out the small circular window bringing the illuminating moonlight into the room "I'm sorry Kakashi, but it looks like even in this world I'm still useless..." I lost the feelings in my legs falling me to the ground before passing out "I'm glad I got to meet you Miko..." I forced out between tears

Flashback
Himawari POV

After getting impaled by the nine tails fox I woke up in what seemed to be an all white room. "Huh. Where am I..." I asked "Welcome to my realm mortal." I heard a voice say from a distance. I turned around and it was dark skinned woman wearing a revealing all white robe. "Wait how did you die Minato and Kushina are supposed to be here?"she asked "Oh I jumped in front of the nine tails fox taking the killing blow instead" I responded.

"Oh. Well would you like to be reincarnated instead then... you were truly too young to meet such a fate" her words rang with pity

"Well sure I don't see why not-" as I replied she cut me off

"Well then have a great life mortal!" She shouted while grabbing me and and tossing me through a portal.

"Wait you didn't tell me where your sending meeeeeeee!" I tried to ask as my vision went completely black

In a few moments after I woke up I was a baby again getting fed by pretty blonde haired lady.
"Your such a good girl Himawari" she cooed

The world I had been reincarnated into was a straight paradise. It was a fantasy world of some sorts. They were so technically advanced there was pretty much zero discomfort in my childhood. I grew up under two great parents not just great in people the were also filthy rich. I always grew up getting whatever I wanted when I wanted it. This ofc didn't make me prideful or arrogant, but I was always proud of my parents they were the co founders of a huge company, but still always found time for me. When they had my esper powers evaluated when I was a 6 years old they were shocked to find out I was a level 5. This did not really surprise me though since the power level of this world is lower then from where I came from.

When I 10 my parents passed in an accident. I was horrified to hear the news and cried for a while afterwards. Even when I was part of the Anbu my teammates always told me that was too emotional to be apart of the group, but since no one could second guess my power they had no choice, but put up with it. A few weeks after my parents passed a man that was a friend of theirs always visited to check on how I was doing. His name was Kaito and though I would admit I never wanted anything to do with him. He always seemed creepy to me so I always stayed away from him. Whenever he came over I would stay in my room and I always refused to speak with him.

After I came home from school on a Friday I made myself some snacks and lounged around. At around 8pm I went to my room to sleep and when I got there Kaito was in my room. Before I could even scream he used his esper power to force me to the ground. And before I got the chance to retaliate he shot me with what I thought was a tranquilizer dart but instead it paralyzed me. After that he grabbed me threw me onto my bed and forced himself on me.

Since that experience I was never the same. I lost my cheerful attitude and fell into despair. After that experience Kaito started forcing me to do undercover work as an assassin. I killed many people under the veil of academy city's youngest level 5, but I was just used to do the dirty work for other people. Everything in my life felt dark so I started skipping classes and one day I was sitting on the roof with my back leaned against the edge crying. That was the day I met Miko she nothing like the other girls who mocked me or the horrible people that were supposed to be my guardians. She was so Cool and beautiful I knew I had fell in love with her, but after what I did to those girls at school I knew we would be separated. That's why when I met her 3 years later I was so happy, but I couldn't let her know that so I mocked her and her friends. Deep down I was jealous that she had become friends with 3 other girls and one of them that literally threw themselves at her. I planned on confessing to her at the summer festival that would be coming soon, but i don't think I have much time left.

"We will proceed with the plan tomorrow" a voice said in the dark

"Is everything ready" the other replied

"Well of course. I will use my new weapon to kill Tomiwadai's ace. The third strongest level 5 Misaka Mikoto."
