But being thankful I got the chance to know you
I'm no longer angry at you for leaving without a word
But thankful you left without harmful ones
I don't believe that the time we had was a waste
It was simply a chapter to our ever growing story
I thought by now the words I miss you
Would turn into the words I hate you
