Chapter 2

That night, Edward told his family that he needed to go away for a while. Everyone understood why he needed to, but the twins being who they are suggested that he "just drains her and be done with it" Edward wasn't amused by their comment but they didn't seem to care much.
 
The next day arrived quickly, and Bella was standing by her truck reading and listening to music. She was hoping to confront Edward, and ask him why he acted the way he did yesterday. But when she looked over, he was nowhere to be seen. Through-out the week, she continued looking for him and kept staring at their table. Elisabeta was getting more and more irritated by the girl. And there were many times where she had to stop herself from attacking the girl.
 
A week had gone, and Edward had finally come back. The Cullen told his family about what happened in Biology, none of them except Alice were impressed by what he told them. At the end of the day, the group were huddled around their cars, while Bella walked across the parking lot to her truck. And like always, the girls gaze instantly went straight to them.
 
"You know how dangerous it is to get this close to a human?! She will ruin us if she finds out about us" Elisabeta exclaimed quietly, looking at Edward angrily. The boy, who was looking at Bella, turned his gaze to the girl beside him.
 
"I know that Lisa, but her blood, it's...it's mouth watering. I can't help what i feel towards her" he stated, making the woman scoff.
 
"She's right Edward, this is dangerous. You're not the only one who thinks her blood smells great, but you need to stay away from her" Rosalie added.
 
Suddenly, a screeching sound could be heard through-out the parking lot. The group looked to see a van sliding out of control towards Bella, and just as it was about to hit her, someone was beside her and stopped the van from hitting her. Looking up, the girl saw that it was Edward that stopped the van. But before she could say anything, the vampire quickly jumped over the truck and walked away.
 
Everyone was screaming in panic, all of them running the Bella's aid. While across the lot, the group all looked panicked. Not because of the almost car accident, but because of their brother's stupid actions.
 
Elisabeta decided to go to the hospital with Rosalie, because they knew that Edward would go there. The woman was furious, if she wasn't in public she would've ripped his head off.
 
"What was i supposed to do? Let her die?" Edward said to Rosalie.
 
"This isn't just about you. It's about all of us" The blonde responded, making the woman next to her to speak up.
 
"What you did has now put us at risk. You know she won't let this go and eventually she wi-" Carlisle quickly cut her off, when he saw that Bella was looking at them.
 
"I think we should move this to my office" he spoke calmly, making the others to look in the same direction. Growling slightly, Elisabeta gently pulled Rosalie to Carlisle's office, leaving Edward to speak to Bella.
 
When the three got into his office, Elisabeta spoke up first.
 
"Ce vom faci? Toți vom fi uciși din cauza ei!" She exclaimed in her native tongue, while pacing Carlisle's office angrily.
 
"Lisa, i understand you and Rosalie are upset but i trust Edward not to reveal our secret. He know's the dangers it will cause" Carlisle said, putting a hand on the woman's shoulder.
 
"My brother and i have spent so long trying to hide our true identity, we are the reason why the new world think the Dracul twins being vampires is now a myth. I'm not about to get killed because of a blood bag" the two Cullen's understood why the woman was so upset, out of the whole family, her and Vlad are the oldest. Meaning they've seen more, and dealt with more pain then anyone could imagine.
 
"Look, how about you two go back home and maybe go hunting. Oh, and try not to kill Edward" Carlisle said, pointing the last part towards Elisabeta.
 
"Fără promisiuni" she mumbled, as Rosalie smiled softly and brought her to the car. When they got home, Jasper was already waiting for his mate.
 
"Are you okay, Darlin? I felt your emotions from here" Jasper asked, grasping her face in his colds hands.
 
"I'm okay now that i'm with you" she smiled softly, then gave him a sweet kiss on the lips.
