Dinner was an uneventful affair, Alfred just tried to eat in peace but so many people kept complimenting his dishes. He felt extremely overwhelmed and made a dash to find somewhere else. It only led him down a hall with name plates above doors. He opened one that said 'China and Japan' where he was introduced with a small room with two beds, both the Japanese flag and the Chinese flag hanging above on one bed.

He thought about how it must be rooms, but what kind of spell would create such an intricate  home and show an entire persons memory? It's really strange for him but he left to go explore some more. His heart stopped as he read supposedly his name plate

'North USA and Russia.' Fucking hell. Oh no, this really can't be happening. That was one of his best kept secrets and now the nations would definitely see it, especially Russia! He starts panicking internally until the familiar clack of boots snaps him out of his panic spree

"America, it's not good to do that. Come inside and I'll help you calm."

Alfred nodded, he knew it meant being trapped in Russia's arms but it was nice, so he followed him inside and was dragged onto Russia lap who started to play with his hair.

"So what got you riled up this time?" Russia asked

"It's...I'm just worried some secrets I worked to keep secret for a reason would definitely get out." He said, a half truth really but not really because it's been something he's also internally panicking about.

"Do you know if England can change the spell or at least stop it?" Russia presses on

"I don't know, I haven't talked to him since I teased him in the meeting room. I haven't even looked at him...I'll talk to him later about it though."

"That'll be your best course of action. But if all else fails I'm always with you. I'm not forgetting our promise."

Alfred gets red at the last sentence, the promise he and Russia made years ago...so many years ago back at the height of the Cold War. Back when they were first trying to find their footing in a relationship. Hell even Alfred doesn't know where some boundaries lay. It's really...really damn hard to be together if you're not 'married' in some capacity. Considering the political climate though he highly doubts even an alliance would be active for years.

For now though he just enjoys the cool embrace of his lover, letting every single worry fall away until Alfred falls asleep in Russia's arms leaving the problem to future America to deal with the most definitely tense conversation with England.
