“Give me the keys,” she ordered, as she lifted her small hand. Diana caught the keys with a clink. “Now go.”
“My lady, is that wise? He is chained for your safety…” I heard the man swallow noisily. “What if he does some violence to your person?”
Her voice was bored. “Perhaps I want him to do me up against the wall. It would make a nice change from such compliant sycophants. It is not your concern. Send in the twins as sentries, if you fear for my safety so much.”
I heard the sound of booted feet on stone. “Guard my lady,” he said.
“Yes, sir,” responded Gunter. Barak grunted. Someone shut the door.
Allies. Fuck yeah!
“You asked for freedom, Ronaldo. What would you give for it now?” Diana’s voice was cool.
I flexed my arms, the muscles still burning from a good weights session this morning. “Release me and I’ll fuck you over the desk before I kill you.”
Her words sounded carefully chosen. “I believe I’d want a little more than that.”
Do you expect me to beg, bitch? “I’ll fuck you slowly and kill you quickly. How’s that?”
A sigh. “Probably the best I’ll get until you calm down.” I heard her take a deep breath, then release it. She did the same again. A third deep breath whistled in before she started to sing. I turned my deaf ear to her and thought of my mother, singing of stars.
I felt the haze in my head descend, fighting it with the memory that wasn’t as effective. What the fuck is going on? I was starting to lose control for the first time. Was Diana more powerful than the Bitch?
