At Breakfast ,
Rylo has a table reserved for himself , the soldiers waited for his arrival to begin their meal
He enters the dining area and looks over at the soldiers , one of them comes over to him
As he left for my fathers camp , enquired Rylo
Yes sir , he left at dawn . Replied the soldier
Very well then , carry on with your meal . Said Rylo
The young General then proceeds onto sit in his table while the food is already laid out . He begins to eat his meal
Just as then , he is welcomed again by his guest . The affable councilman of Cheif Wilmir
Rylo looks up with his body language suggesting that he welcomes the council man
Hello General , says the man as he sits down opposite Rylo
Good morning , Greets Rylo in return
Enjoying the meal , enquires the man
Yes of course , very much to taste replies Rylo as he sips a glass of milk
Care to join us ? Rylo asks the man courteously
I have already had mine , replies Council Strys
Rylo continues to go on having his breakfast
General , Said Mr. Strys Cheif Wilmo will meet you at his quarters after you have had your breakfast . And it is completely fine if you come alone .
Yes of course , replied Rylo

After half an hour , at the quarters of the chief
Ah welcome , greeted the Cheif , as Rylo walks into the chambers
Hello Cheif Wilmo , greets Rylo . The chambers are quite magnificent he added
The Cheif dusted off his comments at once , I'm sorry to hear about your father
He will be alright , just a case of the common flu . Rylo replied
Well then , that is good news to here , Wilmo turned his shoulders to his left . Would you care to join me at the office , he asked politely
Rylo just plainly nodded and moved along to the direction of his office , showing his agreement
As they enter the office of Wilmo , Mr.Strys enters the room as well.  He takes the couch to the left of the big desk . The Cheif then goes onto sit in his chair . Rylo is offered the chair in opposite of the head , he at once accepts the offer and places himself in his offered position
How are things at the headquarters , if I may . Said Wilmo
It's quite alright , Cheif Darticus has all things in control and things are going ahead comfortably
That is good to hear . Well then , can we get to the matters at hand , asked the king
Without interruption , you see General . The death of the prince has put us in a place of instability .Though not said out loud , but it is whispered . And instability brings chaos and chaos brings war . A war we shall expect sooner or later .
Rylo did not say a word , he just continues to listen
And in a matter of war , as agreed by king Darticus we shall fight together . We fight together as we have stood together for all these years . So , the treaty shall be signed
Rylo sighed in relief . That is indeed very good news to hear . He replied
But , Wilmo continued . The North remains a big threat . Their jealousy knows no bounds . They hate our prosperity . They hate our Oak . And that is a more serious matter of concern to us right now . What do you propose General ? Do you offer us a protection ? Against the barbarians
Rylo then slowly begins to join in the conversation , he strokes his stubble and glances up at the Cheif
These barbarians , they trouble us all . Their ways are not tolerated in any of the lands . But , but Rlyo continues to grovel his stubble . They have an army of three hundred thousand . And at these times , it is better to have them on our side than against
Wilmo hesitated for a bit , looked over at Strys and then back to Rylo . What do you suggest here young man ?
I merely suggest you to sign our treaty , the North we will take care of . King Darticus himself plans to travel to the North and he will do his best to come to an agreement
That is well , replied Wilmo
What about their attacks before they come to an agreement. They are growing in nature . Our oak disappear in numbers . And thesy oaks they are ours , they have been ours since the beginning
I ask you to handle these matters for the time being . I assure you we will come to an agreement with the North at the earliest
Wilmo sighs , these oaks they have bought us good times . This wealth and prosperity . And now they bring me misery .
As Wilmo ponders on his problems , Rylo turns over to a Strys
Council man , may I know how many soldiers are under command
Fifty thousand , he replied
Do they train , Rylo shifts to a tone rather than asks , insists
I'm afraid they are a little rusty . Replied Strys
Prosperity , Rylo muttered to himself
Then there is work to be done , please get them war ready . He insists again
Both the men don't talk , they continue to sit in silence after the statement
Rylo waits a good whole minute
Do we have an agreement , he iterates
Yes , they both reply
Thank you Cheif Wilmo , says Rylo as he gets up and begins to leave the room
Will you be staying for Linch ? Asks Wilmo
Gladly , replies Rylo . I await the news of my father with great eagerness he adds . I do plan to leave at first thing tomorrow morning .
Wilmo nods ,
Strys adds , we await the good news too with great eagerness
I would prefer to have the meals at my quarters , Rylo insists
That could be arranged , Strys replies
Thank you , the General says and walks out the chamber to his lodging
