Philippe happy that he has at last found the heir , also the command of the king is completed . Philippe was also shocked that a commoner was next in line to the throne

And Atticus said Alex , the boy in the records are you . 

What do you mean by that ? Atticus replied

Philippe handed over the second part of the records to Atticus

Atticus takes hold of the heavy book and goes through it 

Have you been recording me all along ? is it not illegal . Asked Atticus

Atticus do you know who your father is ?Philippe interrupted

No , I do not . replied Atticus looking away from Philippe as though not paying much attention to him

Look Sir , I have had along way . Atticus looked at the direction of Alex . If you do not wish to tell me the complete information . I will walk away from here . And take action against you for recording my life . 

Atticus , Said Alex and got up from his chair .

Your father is the king , and this man here is the lead counsel of the kingdom 

What ? Atticus laughed 

My father a king . That is the craziest thing I have ever heard in my life . Replied Atticus

That is the truth added Philippe  , and you are the next in line to the throne . That is the wish and command of your father 

Atticus laid back on his seat . Not a word from him 

We leave tomorrow . Said Philippe to the both men

Son , I'm sorry said Alex . This is as far as it goes for me . Its  my fate that I do not enter the kingdom . A wise man said to me once

Philippe Nodded .

Atticus still shocked and not able to utter any word

Do you wish to bring anyone back to the kingdom , you need to inform them as well

Atticus finally responds . If it was not for your Cloak I would still be laughing . That indeed is a funny thing for anyone to wear in the districts 

Philippe looked at his cloak , and laughed . The cloak ! he said

Get ready son , said Alex

I suppose you will have to inform your girlfriend , added Alex

Of course you know about Ana , scoffed Atticus

How do I break this news to her . Atticus thought out loudly

Atticus said Philippe, we leave tomorrow at dawn . We have a long journey ahead of us . 

Do you know how to ride a horse ? Asks Philippe 

A horse ? stammered Atticus

Yes , a horse . Philippe repeated again 

Yes , I know how to ride a horse . replied Atticus

A horse , scoffed Alex .

You and your girlfriend pack lightly , ordered Philippe

I really don't know how she will respond to this . Said Atticus

The king only wishes your presence . The rest is not compulsory . I will meet you here tomorrow at Dawn  . Said Philippe to Atticus

And Mr. Alex , could you arrange us a couple of horses . Requested Philippe. Your help will be greatly rewarded by the kingdom . 

The horses will be here tomorrow morning , assured Alex . And for the reward , i have been already been handsomely rewarded by the kingdom . said Alex pointing at his uniform . 

Philippe leaves the room . So does Atticus 

Alex sits back at his chair and relaxes . 

After the two men leave the station . A junior officer enters his office 

Sir , said the junior officer . 

Yes , replied Alex

I have some fresh reports and insights from the fleet disaster situation . Said the junior officer as her enters the office room 

He hands over the report to Alex 

Alex looks over at the reports . 

He says " it was unmanned after all "

As he is going through the findings . 

Sir , approaches another junior officer 

Yes , come in . Says Alex

Sir , there are another 50 fleets that have gone missing . This time outside district 5 

Alex puts the files on the desk 

Not my jurisdiction . Some one will have to look into it 

You can leave , says Alex to both the junior officers

As the two officers leave , just then the phone rings . 

Hello , answers Alex 

Hello , this is one of the bosses speaking . The voice from the other end of the line says 

Yes sir , what can I do for you , asks Alex in a very professional tone

You are immediately required to meet me at District 5 . And once the sentence is complete , the phone goes dead

Alex keeps the phone down . Picks up the files and he too leaves his station
