The Round Table - One Year Later

Miss Bennett

It is one year later. I would like to tell you that I am back working at Mountainside Middle School, but I am not. I would like to say The Round Table is still together, but I don't know.

But, it is all ok. Things change, and no matter what, we cannot control this.

A wise man I call Father once said - "Change is like the wind, the rain, a hurricane". It can be all these things. Change can be a whisper in your ear. It can be as sneaky as a thief in the night or as savage as a bear attack.

Change is hard, whether it is good or bad, but change means there is hope. As long as we have hope, anything is possible.

Don't sit around looking for something to change. There's no time for waiting. So, quit sitting on your hands (unless you want to punch someone), and get off your behind, and just do it. Be the change you need in your life. You deserve it.

And remember, if you go down, go down fighting.

Never Surrender.

How did Miss Bennett help her students change?

And, just out of curiosity, because so many commenters have mentioned this - Who was your favorite character and why?
