I quickly took my phone. But sadly it wasn't him.
'Who is it?', She asked.
'Ruby', I replied.

Rose petals: Yeah...
Ruby: What did he say?!!
Rose petals: Nothing....
Ruby: Nothing??
Rose petals: Hmmm.....it's been 15 minutes.

Rose petals: I ruined everything!! I should have never confessed.
Ruby: Calm down. He is just shocked. That's it.
Rose petals: No! He hates me now!

I looked at the message and saw it was from Louis.
Rose petals: Ruby....He replied.
Ruby: What'd he say??
Rose petals: I didn't see it.
Ruby: Then go!

Rose petals: It's ok if you don't feel the same. It's not like you have to!
Emerald: Rose actually....
Rose petals: Please don't say that our friendship is over.

Rose petals: He can't bring himself to feel the same way.

Rose petals: Yeah.......I just need some time alone and I will be fine....
Ruby: He is an Asshole.
Rose petals: ........I gotta go. Bye.

'What did he say?', Jenna asked.
'He can't bring himself to feel the same', I said.
'What?!! But why?', She asked.
'He still loves Cara. And I think we are not for each other. We are meant to be just friends............just friends......nothing much', I said.
'Are you ok?', She asked.
'Hmm...I'll be fine. But I think I need some time alone', I said.
'But-', She started.
'Nothing will happen', I cut her off.
'You want to go somewhere?', She asked.
'Maybe back to home.....and our exams are not starting now anyway', I said. She nodded.
'I'll call Mom to inform that we are coming tomorrow', I nodded.
'You wanna eat something?', She asked.
'Chocolate ice cream and let's watch a movie together?', She nodded.
'I'll bring your ice cream', She said and went to the kitchen.
Will you be ok?
I can only try.
I feel bad.
Nah! Guess it was meant to happen.
We can't do anything against our destiny. He and I will just be friends. Maybe our friendship won't be the same as before because of my stupid confession.........
