Unspoken Words [Nancy x Ace]

Chapter 7

"Ace...I...i..." Nancy tried to speak, trying to explain and probably lie to him,
"Nancy stop lying to me and yourself...you and I both know what Gil said isn't a lie" Ace confronted Nancy, and each word he said were like a sharp cut on her soul because it was the truth that she tried to fight but her instincts confronted her other way;
"...and I should better stop lying to myself and you"
"Lying to me? About what?" Nancy questioned being curios about Ace's worlds,
"About my feelings..." Ace begins, "but Nancy, if you liked... me... why...why you never told me?" And somewhere Ace was shocked too to get words out of his mouth, something he feared that will never happen or Nancy never choosing him

"Ace... I... When I fighting the wraith... I got... I was in this dream escape... In my subconscious... Where I had to fight my fears... And there was this phase, where... You... You were there... Holding me... The baby me... At the bluffs... Where my mom...Lucy died after giving birth to me..." Nancy sobbed,
"...and I was blaming myself...scared of... Thinking of this... thinking I was born broken and... and you were there... You made me realize that I'm stronger than anyone...more than I think I am... You were there... Holding me... Asking me to fight my demons... My fears...and I swear it felt so real... I felt so close... To you... Like I never with anyone... Not with Nick, not with Owen or anyone I dated... And I... I..." Nancy paused and sniffed,
"...after thinking a lot about you... about the whole thing... I realized maybe... I'm lying to myself about the way I feel about you... And my subconscious was only trying to guide me towards my real feelings..." Nancy continued

"The came the next day... To your home... But you were already off with Amanda... On a romantic road trip... And i... I thought I can't be selfish and ruin your relationship with her... I mean you were happy with her" Nancy added looking down coz she was too afraid to look into his eyes

"Yeah... I too thought I was happy with her... Guess I was only trying to fool myself about the feelings I have for you" Ace added finally confessing the truth he was battling for these years and started developing feelings for her, but always felt he was never gonna be enough for her,
"About your...?" Nancy gulped as she was chocked after hearing she was,
"Yeah... I like you too Nancy...it's just..." Ace paused and Nancy questioned, "... then...why... Why didn't you never... Tell me?"
"Guess I was afraid to lose you... Your friendship... At least... I felt I will be never enough for you... Or I'm way out of your league..." Ace begins, "...I thought maybe it's better to... Keep you in darkness about my feelings for you and stay as your friend"
"Ace... That's... Not..." Nancy managed to speak, "Ace...you are always more than enough for me... and..." She paused and put her hand behind his neck, turning his face towards her, "...and You will never lose me..." she added looking into his eyes which were full of tears, "Ace...I..."

"Nancy..." He whispered;
"Let me say me..."
"Yeah" Nancy replied with a faded smile, still lost into his beautiful eyes,
"I love you" he whispered;
"Ace..." She whispered back, as their foreheads touched;
"And I don't wanna fight my feelings for you anymore... I don't wanna date any wrong girls... But wanna be with you...I may not be your first... But I want to your last" he continued breathing heavily, in the lust and passion he has for her, and all those feelings he was having for this long, made him even more lustful towards her

"Woah... that's quite quick... Isn't it?" Nancy gave a slight chuckle tho she was just messing with him;
"No... That's not..." Ace whispered pulling her face closer to him;
"Ace... Are you sure?" Nancy whispered, thinking maybe he is taking quick steps by drifting away in the emotions with the recent breakup he had, "I mean... you could be emotionally down..."
"Yes... I am sure..." he whispered, as his breaths were getting heavier,
"I'm not afraid anymore..." And with those words as his final, a lot similar to what Nancy saw as a vision with sandman dream escape; he pulled Nancy's lips into his and Nancy gasped, as they begin kissing; deeper and harder every second, groaning and moaning to their closure, ready to rip each other's clothes; all that lust, passion, the attraction they had for each other was getting out of control from their hands;
Until there was a knock at his door, but that didn't stop Ace from kissing her

"Ace... I think your mom is here..." Nancy mumbled and softly moaned, as Ace begin kissing her on her neck;
"Let her think I'm asleep..." He groaned holding her waist tighter with his left arm, not wanting to leave her;
"Ace... I don't think that's a good idea... I can wait..." She whispered stopping kissing him and holding his face as he was panting;
"Fine... But if you leave... I'll come to your room," Ace added cutely still panting as the door continued to knock;
"I won't...I promise...now go..." Nancy chuckled breathing heavily as Ace got off the bed and fixed his T-shirt, he walked to attend the door

"Mom...what's up?" He questioned his mom who was standing outside, holding a mug of hot chocolate in her hand;
"Is everything okay? I heard some sound in the backyard..." She replied,
"Umm... Yeah... Everything is fine... Maybe a cat jumped over the trash...can" Ace added;
"Yeah...maybe..." She replied him back after having the glimpse of Nancy's coat on Ace's chair and gave a faded smile, understanding what must have been happening there;
"...and here, I got you hot chocolate...since you didn't come down for dinner..."
"Yeah, thanks, mom..." He added accepting the mug, "now, I... I wanna rest okay..."
"Yeah sure" she replied with a shrug, "if you want more, you can tell me...you know" she hinted referring some for Nancy;
"No thanks, mom... I'm good" he replied and closed the door being nervous

"I think your mom figured out that you have a girl... In your room" Nancy added mocking the nervous Ace, but she was indeed enjoying it;
"Ummm... I don't think...but what makes you think she figured it out?" He questioned her placing the mug over the table next to the pizza box;
"I mean she asked you if you want more hot chocolate..." Nancy shrugged;
"really?" Ace replied looking down at Nancy, "how can you tell that for sure?"
"I mean... instincts...you know..." she replied with a shrug and a flirty smile;
"Yeah... Well, I still haven't understood how to do that till now...I meant the instincts part" Ace replied sitting next to her once again

"I'll teach you... On one condition" she replied turning to Ace;
"What?" He questioned curiously looking at her, but she got off the bed and walked to the table she grabbed the pizza box and the mug and walked back to him;
"...you...Mr. Ace... Is gonna eat this...along with me...and also the hot chocolate," She added opening the box, "I got this, just the way you love" she added referring to the pizza

"Fine! You win... But after eating we will get back to where... you know... we stopped... when mom interrupted us... Coz I'm not in a mood of letting you go" he added;
"Woah... so you want me to stay here tonight?" Nancy already knew the answer but it was cute to hear from Ace whom she never saw talking romantically
"I think you know the answer to that" Ace added as he grabbed a slice of pizza
"But I don't have clothes..." Nancy replied
"you can wear mine... but you are not leaving from here" Ace pouted looking at her

"Alright, Done!" She chuckled, "you win!" she rolled her eyes with a smirk
"Good!...and also... It's funny how much we know each other" Ace added taking a bite of the pizza slice
