A binder is an undergarment which compresses the breast tissue and makes one's chest appear flat enough to pass as a male's chest or curb dysphoria. It is usually used by transmen (FtM), gender non-conforming people and even by cisgenders who simply feel uncomfortable with breasts.

This guide is a collection of research I have done. All the stray bulks of awareness I gained from at least ten different websites and blogs have been edited and arranged into this one book. I realized that this would be a great idea; I spent a lot of time on the internet searching for important information about binders. I wanted this data to be at the discretion of everyone, easily, and in one place.
