"Many stores, such as Wal-Mart, carry reloadable VISA, American Express, and MasterCard gift-cards. If you buy one of these gift-cards, you can use it to purchase a binder over the internet.
Then the problem of "what if my parents find it in the mail" arises. For the most part, parents don't open their children's mail, but if they do, there's another alternative to sending it to your own address. Ask a friend, or significant other, if it's okay that you send the binder to their house and have them bring it to you when it gets there. Make sure it's someone you trust and someone who opens his or her own mail."
