The next morning, Alpha is seen at the lab, busy gathering the necessary data for the upcoming experiment. She was excited that the Empress approved her proposal.
Currently, with the help of the other high ranking sirens, which are Beta, Compiler, and Omitter which grumpily agreed. Alpha could maybe finish everything today and start the experiment tomorrow.
As she was sorting through the data, she noticed Purifier coming in the lab and started talking to her.
"Alpha! Can I go to another simulation? I accidentally killed Enterprise at their decisive battle of the Orochi again." Purifier apologetically(?) asked.
"What, no. And shouldn't it be Ash who would take over Enterprise if her life is in danger?" Alpha questioningly asked.
"Hehehe~ I might have accidentally prevented Enterprise from touching the black mental cube because I was caught lurking outside their base..." Purifier playfully answered.
"..."
"..."
"...*sigh* Here, use this..."
Alpha throws an object to Purifier, when she catches the object, she looks at it. It appears to be some kind of remote, one you use in TVs. Purifier, with her intelligence being nonexistent due to excessive amounts of dopamine, asks Alpha what to do with it.
"What does this thing do?"
"That can control the time of a simulation, but you can only use that on that specific simulation. It won't work on any other simulation besides the one you use it to."
"Why didn't you give this to me from the start?! I can have fun without any limit with this thing." Purifier happily said.
"Because you kept on causing others trouble! Tell me, when did you show restraint?!" Alpha madly answered.
"...Never"
"I thought so... anyway go have your fun while I'm still working here."
"Yeah, yeah, see you- hmm?"
Before Purifier walks out of the lab, she sees a paper in front of her, she picks it up and sees something in it that shocks her. She dropped the time manipulation object on the floor, making an audible sound in the lab.
Alpha, Beta, Compiler and Omitter stopped on what they're doing and looked at Purifier with a questioning look. They noticed that Purifier paled on what she was holding.
"Purifier? What's wrong?" Alpha asked.
"What is... this?"
"Purifier?" Beta worriedly asked.
"WHAT IS THIS?!" Purifier yelled.
They covered their ears when Purifier yelled and they began walking near Purifier to see the paper that she's holding.
When they got to read the paper, they slightly paled and gave Purifier a pitying look.
"That's the Purifier of the simulation number 9112020..." Compiler said.
"Yeah, that Purifier is more powerful than us combined, but..." Beta said.
"Sorry to say Purifier... but this one is once a male and you might meet him or her? Soon..." Alpha hesitatingly said.
"THIS ONE IS ANOTHER ME?! HOW AND WHY IS SHE OR HE POWERFUL THAN ME?! THIS IS A JOKE RIGHT???" Purifier fearfully asked.
They didn't answer because they know the truth behind this Purifier's origin, but since the Purifier here didn't read any reports of this simulation, they didn't bother notifying her about this as her number one rule is fight someone strong and two, have maximum amount of fun.
Purifier got her answer by their silence. She lets go of the paper, goes to the corner of the lab, crouches down and hugs her knees. Damn, Purifier has dead-fish eyes now.
They tried to cheer her up but to no avail, she started tearing up. They further tried to make her happy but only made it worse because they gave her pity, which she didn't like to begin with, as she never got any pitiful looks when she failed or made a mistake.
As they tried their best, Zero came in and was surprised to see Purifier at the corner with the 4 surrounding her. It's almost as if they bullied Purifier.
"What are you all doing to Purifier?" Zero curiously asked.
They noticed Zero who came into the lab. but Purifier didn't react at all. She's dead inside alright!
"Because of this." Tester said.
Tester handed the paper to Zero that was held by Purifier moments ago. As Zero reads the paper, she slightly flinches and also gives Purifier a subtle pitying gaze, which Purifier also notices and further hugs her knees and starts crying. Poor girl.
"How do we cheer up Purifier?" Alpha worriedly asked.
"I do not kno-" Beta stopped.
"I'll handle it," someone said.
They start looking at the source of the voice, and they are shocked to see the Empress standing behind Zero. They tried to bow their heads but were stopped by the Empress.
"Stop with the honorifics and those stiff expressions, it gets tiring and boring since we lived a long time together."
They nodded as they remembered that the Empress is one of the Arbiters that they worked with closely since the beginning.
"Empress, when did you get here?" Zero tilted her head.
"From the beginning. I was going to ask Alpha here on what's the progress of the experiment but I noticed that you're also going to the direction of the lab so I followed behind you and see if you can notice me throughout the way." Empress playfully said.
They didn't know how to respond to the answer of the Empress. They don't know if they should be amazed or weirded out that one of the Arbiters tailed behind one of them.
"I'm going to calm Purifier down now." As Empress moved to Purifier and crouched down.
"There, there, who's our destructive idiot?" The Empress holds her close while patting her back. Which made Purifier stop crying and fall asleep.
*That actually works?!* The five thoughts.
"Alpha, what's the progress?" Empress questioned Alpha while cradling Purifier
"Ah! W-we-we're nearly finished and we would s-start tomorrow." Alpha stutteringly answered.
"Good, I'll carry Purifier and lay her down on her bed, see you tomorrow Alpha."
As the Empress picks Purifier up on the floor, she makes a subtle motherly smile and leaves the room. No one noticed that smile except for Zero, which shocked her very core and stopped responding.
"Zero, what were you planning to do when you get here?" Beta asked.
She pokes Zero's arm and there's no response. She tried to tap Zero's shoulder and only to see Zero leans back and falls to the floor.
"Zero?! Alpha, what's wrong with Zero?!" Beta panics.
"Hold on... She's unconscious! How?!" Alpha is shocked.
As the two panics and tried to wake up Zero. Omitter and Compiler shrugs their shoulders.
"This would be a long day..." Compiler tiredly said.
"You said it." Omitter answered back.

A/N: Author here, I'm going to focus my attention in finishing this book than the clusterfuck of a book I've made on the first one.
Anyway, I got permission from Elect0sharkus to use some of his stories as reference, that's right, if you notice, there's a number besides the simulation, that number is the date of the 1st chapter of "Cleansing The Waters".
In other words. I'll use some of the stories that I've read and liked as references, but only a little.
