"So where have you been? I thought you didn't feel good enough to go out?" MJ asks with a hand on her hip.
"I went to go get some air. Thought I could maybe try to join you guys if I started to feel a bit better." I tell her.
"Why do you have bruises and smell like smoke?"
"I was outside when the monster came and I fell."
"Hmm. Okay. How did your brother react when he came to see you?"
"Huh? What are you talking about? Peter didn't come see me." I tell her. I see her pause and wheels start turning in her head. "Is everything alright? If it's about my brother please cut him a break. He's had a lot on his plate. I know you like him M.J. You should go talk to him. Sort things out. Maybe confess." I encourage her.
"When did you get all lovey dovey and romantic like?" She asks.
"Oh, I didn't. You notice how I'm telling you this. And it's totally not in the hopes that we become sister-in-laws." I tell her. I walk over to her and rub her arm a little. "I have faith in you. Have some faith in yourself too." I pull her into a tight embrace.
"Okay. I'm going to go do it" She says as she gives a quick hug before leaving.
I watch the door close and hear her footsteps slowly fade.
I suddenly feel a sharp shard stab me in the back.
"Ah-Mph." I try to scream but my mouth is covered by a glove. I feel an arm slide along my stomach and feel a warm breath blow into my ear.
"Shhh, it's okay. Time to take a little nap, Bunny." I hear.
I try to struggle but my limbs become weak and my eye lids close.
"That's it. Good little Bunny."
