"This..this is not right. This is j..just not right." Y/n mumbled on her own rummaging through the files. She remembered when Jungkook told that all the passwords and important details are mentioned in a file but right now, she wasn't able to find that file.
She kept on thinking and at last was about to give up when found a little pit of paper sticking out of the poster of them. It was a photo they had clicked with all the members and Y/n. It looked so beautiful with all of them in the same frame. She slowly moved towards that big photoframe and couldn't help but get lost in the photo. It was beautiful memory when all of them went out together and clicked a photo as a memory.
As she touched the photoframe and rotated it a bit, a diary fell down. She picked it up and opened it to find various numbers and letters written and she immediately realised it was that file Jungkook told her about. The passwords were in here. She didn't know whether to be happy or grieving over the fact that she was going to betray them , betray him most importantly.
Her fingers didn't linger any longer on the buttons until she punched the codes to finally open the computer. The guilt began to weigh down on her with every passing second as the files began transferring from the computer to the USB drive given to her. As the transfer was about to complete, her eyes blurred with tears feeling a huge weight of guilt and regret clouding her mind.
'Thud!'
Just then the door opened suddenly revealing the figure in front of her which scared her to the core.
It was Jungkook standing there with frowned eyebrows but clenched jaws. His squinted eyes were narrating that the scene was clear in front of him. He walked towards her with heavy steps and his breaths uneven. He was not able to believe what he was looking at. The photoframe tilted and the diary lying down on the table, the computer open with an unknown drive connecting to it. It would have been enough for even a fool to guess what was happening.
She gulped down as her hands gripped on the table firmly trying to maintain her composure. She had so much to tell but couldn't understand what to begin with rather she was unsure if now he would even listen or not. She looked up at him to find him coming towards her with angry eyes having a deceived expression.
"Why?" he blurted out in firm tone as he came face to face with her.
Just when she averted her gaze looking down, she felt a firm grip on her chin pushing her face upward forcing her eyes to meet his. His jaws were clenched with rage relflecting from his actions.
"You betrayed me." his words hit her really hard. His actions were hurting her but his words were wounding her very badly. But she knew she deserved that. It was her fault after all. All of this was. He held her by her shoulders digging his nails on her skin not caring if she whimpered in his hold.
"You fucki.. You dare betray me." his words felt like bullets piercing her heart. He had never even raised his voice on her, she had only seen the loving side of him. But today what she was seeing reminded her that he was a mob boss. He was dangerous and now she was in his hold. But out of all of these, only one thing scared her the most, it wasn't the fact that he would hurt her but what if he doesn't even want to listen to her now. The guilt would huge for her to live with.
"You..." she only looked at his face while all the profanities he spat at her face seemed to seep in slowly making her head heavy. She couldn't dare to speak a word when she knew she was wrong. But still she wanted him to know why she did that.
But before she could gather the courage to speak, the door opened revealing the others.
"What happened?" Namjoon said with curious yet shocked eyes seeing the sight in front of him.
