Core!frisk is definitely good person. If he observes their behavior, he'll see it soon. It doesn't matter that they have the appearance of the human. (Honestly speaking, they don't look like Frisk...they looked exactly the same as Frisk, he would never have believed them.) Aside from believing in them, he thinks that he doesn't deserve to be happy. He can take their suggestion and send others (without the human) to Omega Timeline, but he will never follow them there.
