Would he be able to reset himself or would the human finally do a pacifict run.
If a reset happens, does he regain his sanity or is he completely gone under a spiral?
If a reset does happen and papyrus is alive again, would the phantom paps stay or go away?
A:
He'll be left where no one's around.
No one.
As I've said repeatedly, he doesn't have the ability to initialize the underground. Just, he'll be a character in a game where the player left.
Even if it is reset for unknown reasons, his sanity will not be restored. He'll still be able to see his fake-brother.
