TW: mention of death, blood.
♡♡♡
- Please, please, please, please!! Come on~ Y/N~ lovely Y/N~ do it for the sister you love so much~ - the little girl begs.
- Why are you so insistent? I already told you "no" 17 times today. - you massage your temples, sighing.
The little girl had been on her knees, begging to go to the new place in town, Freddy Fazbear's Mega PizzaPlex. You had been refusing without hesitation, of course you wouldn't take her to a place that belongs to the infamous Fazbear Entertainment, not after all the disappearances and murders that happened in their restaurants throughout the years. Unfortunately... Your cute little sister, Rosie, was too stubborn to take a "no" as an answer. It had always been like that, she always ended up manipulating your parents into saying "yes", but you promised yourself you would be different and wouldn't give up. The only problem was: she was definitely getting on your nerves. It's been 9 days. She has been annoying you with this for 9 straight days.
- Rosie, why do you keep insisting? I already said, "no" is "no".
- Well... Negative with negative equals positive. - She smirks at her own answer, showing me her math notebook with equations like -(-4)=4.
- Yes Rosie... But that is in math, not in this situation. At least you have been studying. - You facepalm internally.
- Come on~ you even noticed that I've been studying. Also! I've been eating my veggies, my room is cleaned and I've been behaving! Come on Y/N, you know I deserve a day in that awesome place. - She looks at you with that puppy eyes, the puppy eyes that got you in this mess in the first place.
Your parents lived in another city, 5 hours of car trip away, and there were you, taking care of their child instead of them. After you turn 20, you decided to get out of your parents house and start your own life far away from them. It's not that they're bad parents or that you don't love them, it's just that they like things their way and would surely invade your life and make decisions for you, even though you said "no". You little sister, unfortunately, inherited the insistence and stubbornness from your parents. You couldn't believe yourself when your parents told you your sister was going to live with you. You were literally 20 and already needed to take care of a 7 years old child. "Incredible" was all you could think at that moment, you couldn't believe how your parents accepted letting your sister move with you, but you didn't have another choice, even refusing your parents would find a way to visit you and "accidentally forget" your sister with you. You still wonder how you're not dead with all your parents bad decisions. But no matter what, you loved them, they were sweet, caring and loving, you couldn't complain about a thing, you had a wonderful and happy childhood.
- Y/N please~ I promise I'll stop bothering you for a week if you take me to the Pizzaplex. - She said, holding up her pinky so she could seal the promise.
- Alright... - You sigh, defeated, and interlace your pinky with hers. She jumps and hugs you tightly, thanking you like there's no tomorrow. You can't help but smile at how excited she is. - We'll go tomorrow morning then.
- Okay! I'll prepare everything. What clothes I'm going to wear, what I'm going to take inside my backpack and I'll get my piggy bank! - She quickly runs to her room, leaving you behind, laughing at her cuteness.
You smile to yourself while going to your room, you also needed to prepare everything for the little adventure you would have on the next day. You sit on your bed and look at the picture in the golden frame sitting on your nightstand. It was a picture of you, a little boy and a baby, your sister. Even though that picture made you feel that deep grief all over again, you still loved it. It was taken 10 years ago, a bit after Rosie was born. You couldn't help but stare at the little boy, your younger brother, Peter. When the picture was taken, he was only 6 years old... Who knew it would be the last picture you would take with him. Some days after Rosie was born, your parents were walking down the street holding Peter's hands, the little boy was a dog lover and as soon as he saw the corgi on the other side of the street, he quickly got loose from my parents' hands and ran towards the dog, but being a 6 years old child, he didn't look if there were any cars coming and soon the little boy was on the floor, covered in his own blood, dead. You were glad you didn't see the accident, but you wished you were there to run and push him out of the way so the car hit you instead. You never thought it was your parents' fault, but you wish they had tried to do something instead of just watch and scream, you couldn't blame them tho... Anyone would freeze in such situation.
You sigh remembering you brother but soon remember what you need to do and stand up to get things ready for the next morning. Getting a bag, you start filling it with pieces of clothing in case someone gets dirty, repellents, your mini first aid kit and a few more things you might need. You quietly make your way to Rosie's room and slightly open the door to check on her, smiling when watching her counting her coins from the piggy bank. You yawn, feeling tired, and knock on the door. Your sister looks up at you and smiles.
