Part 21

A/N: Hey guys, I'm obviously not a singer so I don't know how to write songs. But the songs I'll pick you guys will just have to pretend like it's Lia singing them.

Jude's POV:

We finished eating breakfast like 1 hour ago and Lia went back to the room while Jobe and I played FIFA, Jobe ended up beating me 3:0 and I was obviously very mad over the fact I lost. So I decided to take a break from FIFA and go see what Lia was up to, as I got closer to our room I could hear a guitar playing. I opened the door and she didn't realize I was standing there, after she finished playing I clapped and she got scared because she didn't realize I had been there the whole time

Jude: I didn't hear you play the whole thing but the instrumental was really good

Lia: oh God, please ignore that

Jude: nah I won't, it was really good

Lia: thank you

Jude: so, can I hear the song now?

Lia: you are very persistent aren't you?

I just laughed as she shook her head and then she took a deep breath before she started talking

Lia: okay so I'm going to be singing my song called Baby don't cut, and it's a very emotional song about a boy whose girlfriend self-harms. The lyrics are very heartbreaking, because they show that the victims of suicide aren't the only ones who experience pain. Their loved ones are left hurting as well.

Jude: is this about you and me?

Lia: yes, now turn around. I don't want you to to look at me while I'm singing, I'll probably start laughing

Jude: okay, you can start now

After Lia was done singing her song I was really shocked, she was really talented and had the perfect voice and songwriting skills. I could tell how much this song meant to her, the emotions, hard work and dedication she put in this song was perfect and I hope she herself realized that.

Lia: so what do you think?

Jude: I loved it, the lyrics, the voice, the emotions and everything else involved in this is just very fantastic

Lia: thank you, I don't plan on ever letting anyone else hear it. So it's just you, this song means a lot to me since I put every pain I felt in it.

Jude: well I'm really honoured

Lia: so, what do you plan on doing for your birthday tomorrow?

Jude: I don't know, probably just celebrate it with you guys

Lia: do you wanna do something together?

Jude: sure, what do you have in mind?

Lia: don't make any plans after 6pm tomorrow, I have a surprise for you

Jude: I love surprises, but don't scare me. I hate when you do that

Lia: well I can't make any promises
