Part 28

Aaliyah's POV:

After a 50 minute drive I'm finally in Manchester, I had Erling tell me what hotel they were staying in and what room Jude was in because I didn't want Jude knowing I was coming. As I'm getting ready to go into the hotel I can see paparazzi outside trying to see which players were at the hotel, I don't want them to take any pictures of me so I pull up my hoodie and make sure they can't see my face. When I get in the hotel the receptionist says I can't get in because I'm not a guest and refuses to give me the directions to Jude's room, so I call Erling and explain the situation to him. After about 10 minutes later he comes at the reception

Erling: hey, sorry i kept you waiting

Lia: no it's okay

I said as he pulled me into a hug,

Erling: when I left Jude was done taking a shower, so he should be ready by now

Lia: okay

When we get to the floor the boys are staying at, Erling decides he's going to go with the other boys to give us some privacy

Erling: I'll be with the other boys, but you lovebirds have fun

Lia: thank you

Jude's' POV:

Erling left the room in a hurry because he had to get something in his room, his room was right next to mine but he was taking a long time. I just finished getting ready and I can hear Erling's voice talking to someone in the hallway, I can hear another voice but I can't tell exactly who it is because the person is talking quietly. The talking stops and there's a knock on the door, I think it's Erling but I'm very confused to why he's knocking because when he left he took the key with him. I ignore it for the first two times thinking he's messing with me but the third time I start thinking that's it's probably not him, I pause the tv that's playing in the background and start walking towards the door. When I open the door it was Lia, as soon as we saw each other she gave me a big hug before our lips touched together. After a few seconds we pulled away from each other, we hadn't seen each other in almost three months but it felt like forever.

Lia: hey

Jude: hi, I can't believe you are here. But I'm happy to see you

Lia: I am too, I missed you so much

Jude: I did too, especially your hugs

Lia: so you're saying you missed my hugs more than me

Jude: that's not what I meant

I said as she looked at me laughing, I could tell this was a genuine one and I was glad I made her laugh like that. This girl literally meant the world to me and I don't know what I'd do if I ever lost her, I am so grateful for her in my life and I will always remind her that I love her and that she deserves to be loved.

Jude: wait how's you know what room I was in?

Lia: I had some help from Erling

Jude: oh so that's why he left in a hurry

Lia: yeah
