This part wasn't planned..
I was actually working on 'Anokhi Dosti apni'
   But yesterday's Kareena conversation was sooo cute, that it triggered me to write something like this...
   It's just a short imagination...

   As in yesterday's episode, that is Ep 390, HM tried to tease KS changing her voice, but KS caught her....

KS: Par ek request hai Maddam Sir aap se....
   Aap na aesa mazaaq humaare saath mat kijiye ga.., Kaa hai hum thoda sensitive hain aap ko le kar...!
  Aap humein madad ke liye pukaarti hain to humara Kaleja phat jaata hai..!!

   HM's heart fluttered to feel the depth of her pure love, which she had always felt but she was happy that KS had learnt to express it....💕

HM:Achha baba Sorry!!
  Aaj ke baad aesa mazaaq hum kabhi nahi karenge...

   She instantly apologized, but got no reply from other side...

HM: Karishma Singh.......... Hello??!!

KS: Ji...!
    
    KS acknowledged that she was listening in minimum words....

HM: Kya baat hai? Aap chup kyun ho gayin??

    KS still stayed silent...

HM: Naaraaz hain aap??

   She guessed..
KS didn't reply.

HM: Maafi maang to li hum ne..!
  Chaliye phir se..., I m sorry!!
  Hum ne kaha na dubara nahi karenge...

KS: Us ke liye nahi!

HM: To phir??

KS: Wo hum nahi bataayenge..!

HM: Kyun???!!

KS: Aese hi...!
   Achha hum rakhte hain humein bahot saara kaam hai...

   She was about to hang up...

HM: Karishma Singh!!

     KS stopped...

HM: Dekhiye batana to aap ko padega....
  Or waese bhi, kaam hum se zyada important hai kya??

KS sighed..

KS: Yahi sawaal hum aap se karen to..??

     She asked meaningfully.
HM got confused... She couldn't reply instantly..
KS continued...

KS: Yaad kijiye...
Sharma ji waale pure case mein, hum jab bhi aap ko call karte the..., Phone rakhte hue aap humesha yahi kehti thein, ke "Humein bahot saara kaam hai.."😒

HM rubbed her forehead with her fingers....
  She had understood...

HM: Uff..!!
To is baat ki naaraazgi hai...!
   
    She smiled fully..

HM: Aap bhi na Karishma..!
Agar kaam aap se zyada ahemiyat rakhta, to recieve hi kyun karte aap ka phone..??
  
KS: Pata hai...
  Aur ye bhi pata hai ke aap busy hain, genuinely busy hain...
   Par jab aap aesa kehti thein, to bura lagta tha humein...!
Hurt ho jaate the hum...!!

    She complained in a low voice..
HM sighed..

HM: Achha theek hai,
I am sorry...!!
   Ab kabhi hum ye keh kar phone nahi rakhenge, ke humein bahot kaam hai...

     She smiled mischievously...

HM: Ab hum ye kaha karenge ke humaare paas time nahi hai baat karne ka....😉😉

    She teased..😉

KS: Maddam Sir!!

    She gritted her teeth..
HM laughed...

HM: Sorry!! Sorry!!
Hum bas....

    She suddenly heard a beep. She looked at the screen...
KS had hung up the call...🤦

  With a wide smile HM dialled again...., but her tantrum Queen hung up again...

   KS didn't recieve 3 consecutive calls by Haseena..
   She was smiling mischievously, cancelling the fourth call..., when a  message notification popped up...

   " Naaraaz rahiye.. , magar phone to uthaaiyye SI Sahiba..!!
Manaane ka mauqa to dijiye humein...!!"

    KS's smile widened..
Next instant, her phone rang again...

   She let it ring for some time, smiling naughtily, enjoying such protocol.., n then recieved it...

HM: Karishma Singh!!
Shukr hai, aap ne call answer to kiya...
  
       She said, letting out a deep sigh...

KS: Hum ne socha aap ke paas time nahi hai baat karne ka, to kaahein waste karen aap ka time...??

    She taunted, still smiling naughtily...

HM: Karishma Singh !
Aap to sach mein naaraaz ho gayin...
   Hum to mazaaq kar rahe the...!

KS: Par hum mazaaq nahi kar rahe the..., Humein sach mein bura lagta tha jab aap aesa kehti thein...
   Humein pata hota ke aap mazaaq mein lene waali hain to hum aap se kehte hi nahi...

    She said cutely, with similar expressions as HM in the recent horror case, when KS was teasing her...

HM: Ya ALLAH !! Itna ghussa..!!!
 
    She said raising her eyebrows...
  KS didn't reply...

HM: Achha, I am Sorry!!
  Hum se ghalti ho gayi...
Hum aap se aesa kabhi nahi kahenge, ke humein bahot kaam hai....., or agar kahenge bhi to bahot...pyaar se....!
  Theek hai...?!!

     She promised, thinking that how difficult it is to woo her...🤦

KS: Aur ye bhi nahi kahengi ke aap ke paas time nahi hai humaare liye....?🤨

   HM smacked her head...

HM: Haa baba wo bhi nahi kahenge...
   Ab to maaf kar dijiye..!!

    KS smiled...

KS: Ek shart par..!!

HM: Shart..??!!
  Karishma Singh..., Khatre ki ghanti baji rahi hai humaare dimaagh mein...

   She expressed her fears so genuinely...😂

   KS frowned..

KS: Chaliye theek hai, phir hum phone rakhte hain.....

HM: Nahi nahi..!!
Sorry Sorry...!!
  Bataaiyye kya shart hai...?

    She agreed instantly...
KS sighed, n replied with a smile in a low voice...

KS: Yahi ke aap... jaldi wapas aa jaiyye....🥰

    A bright smile flashed on HM's lips feeling the fact, that she was missed so much by her loved ones...❤️

KS: Sach mein hum bahot miss kar rahe hain aap ko Maddam Sir!!
   Kab waapas aa rahi hain aap...??

   She asked eagerly...

HM: Bahot jald..!
  Humaara kaam Yahaan bas khatm hi hone wala hai....

    And then there conversation continued, as in the show...

   U know what do I feel seeing these cute conversations of Kareena...
    "Kuchh dooriyaan to aati hi hain qareeb laane ke liye..."
   Isn't it??😊
