At Warner Bros. Studios, many people and toons were beginning to arrive in order to get ready for another day of filming.  In a dressing room, Buttons manages to get his tie on for the office parody sketch.  Wakko and Dot also arrive in the dressing room, but they are already dressed in their costumes for the day.  Dot in particular was pouring in sugar in her coffee.  As he fastens his tie, he says to them,
"I understand that Mindy is no longer a little girl.  She's 17 and she's even a senior in high school.  She's allowed to make her own decisions at this point.  It's just that...her parents won't let her see me often and whenever she does see me, she always chooses to be with Cindy!"
Wakko was slightly annoyed, but he understood where Buttons was coming from, but Dot was still pouring sugar in the coffee.  However, she was looking a little...scared.  Buttons continued with,
"So I tell Mindy, 'Let's have Cindy come with us.  We can see Wicked all together'.  But then when we get there, a giant meteor was there!!  It had crashed through the entire theater!!  Did it defy gravity or what?!  It left a huge hole through the marquee and everything!  Can you believe it Dot?"
Dot was breathing shakily and Wakko placed his hand on her shoulder as she poured more sugar.  Buttons got concerned and said,
"Um, Dot?  I think that's enough coffee in that sugar..."
"Hm?"  Dot asks.
She then notices what she did and stopped.
"O-oh!  Whoopsie!  I didn't even realize.  Oh, Buttons, you silly puppy, remember that?  Let me get a new batch of coffee"

Before Dot walks off, she, Wakko, and Buttons hear Brain opening a door to a soundstage and they follow him in.  They hear him muttering,
"Okay!  Okay!"
He then looks up and sees the dog and toons.  "Hello there.  Is, um, today some sort of holiday that I did not have awareness for?  For example, international music day?" He asks.
Buttons shakes his head and replies with,
"Sorry, Brain.  Not that I know of-"
"I was on my way here and I encountered these people and toons singing and dancing as if they were in a musical production.  There was a homeless man and this rude mink named Minerva who works at Greenpeace who were doing a choreographed number-"
Wakko got excited and interrupted with,
"Oh!  Like a flash mob??"
"Yes, just like that.  It can't be anything else"
"PLEASE tell me you got a video of it!"
"Sorry, Wakko.  I didn't it"
"Dang it!!  I wanted to see it too!"
"This gives me a bad feeling..."
Brain turns to Dot and asks,
"Excuse me, Dot?"
"Yes Brain?" responds Dot.
"Have you noticed anything strange, lately?"

     "Well, not really"
She nervously laughs and then says,
"This is gonna sound stupid, but...this has to do with Skippy"
Buttons got curious and said,
"Skippy?"
"You know...my best friend...um...I wanted to walk over to his tree, where his aunt Slappy also lives, to check on him after being concerned about him last night."
"He must've got soaking wet from that prank we pulled on him!!" Wakko interrupted with.
Dot perked a little smile, but then continued with,
"Anyways...I go up to the door, kick the fallen buckets out of the way, and I was about to knock.  I heard some water going so he was probably taking a shower"
Dot looked really nervous as she continued with,
"But then...I hear him singing.  Now I don't like to say this, but normally, he's a terrible singer.  This may not seem strange, but this morning...he had such a beautiful singing voice.  For some reason, this time, I was really scared.  He just didn't sound like the Skippy that I know!  I just want my Skippy!  I know...this sounds stupid..."
Dot began crying a bit and Wakko handed her a tissue.  Brain walked up to her and asked,
"Hang on.  Do you remember what Skippy sang?"
Dot gathered her thoughts, breathed in, and said,
"Well...it wasn't anything grand.  It was a cute little song that went something like...La...dee..."
Brain finishes it with,
"Da...da...day?"
Dot gasped and nodded her head frantically.
Brain and Dot both looked shocked, but they were both interrupted with Rita coming into the soundstage.  Rita says,
"Brain?  Ms. Norita wants to see you in her office"
Shocked again, Brain says,
"Oh shoot!  I completely forgot about today's office sketch filming that I was scheduled for.  I deeply apologize Dot, but I need to go now.  Perhaps we can talk about this later"
As Brain scurried out of the soundstage, Wakko said,
"Ooooh!  Someone's busted!"

When Brain arrives in the office of the Warner Bros. CEO, he sees Norita looking through a newspaper.  Her face is covered by this newspaper.  This seemed a little off to Brain as he would normally see Norita exercising in some way or form, but he pushed that though aside.  He clears his throat and says,
"Ms. Norita.  I believe I know the reason why you called me in here today.  It was because I missed out on today's shooting for the office parody sketch.  I am aware on how expensive filming a tv show episode is and I deeply apologize for causing an inconvenience for the rest of the cast and crew who are working really hard on this episode.  If you can tell the crew to set up filming for the scenes I'm in again, I promise I will be there this time and no additional money will have to be spent."
He gets no response from Nora Rita Norita.  He gets a little weirded out and says,
"Do not worry about my commitment as an actor here on Warner Bros. Studios.  I will not disappoint you nor anyone else again.  That's the last thing I want for this historical movie studio"

Suddenly, Norita puts down her newspaper and she has a smile on her face.  This took Brain by surprise as Norita was not known to smile often.  As if that wasn't already strange, this smile looked quite strange.  To make things even stranger, she suddenly sang,
"What do you want, Brain?"
She quickly turned around to look at the mouse and he asked,
"Excuse me??"
She continued to sing,
"Tell me what do you desire to see, your deepest intent, Brain!"
She stroked a pose for Brain, weirding him out even more.
"What do you see for this company?  I'm looking for someone with strong ambition, someone to sell their specific vision!  Someone to share their precise precision, their thoughts!  I want you to want..."
She looked at him with that smile again.  She continued to sing,
"To want!"
Norita got up from her seat and began prancing around Brain.  She said,
"So what do you want, Brain?  What is your concrete goal that motivates all of your actions?"
Although Brain was now terrified, he tried to remain professional and says,
"That is my personal secret.  I cannot tell you.  There isn't anything else, either."
Norita suddenly scooped Brain into her hands and said,
"If you won't tell me that secret want and you don't have anything else you want, how will anyone sympathize with you, Brain?"
"Umm, I want what everyone else wants, money, a good partner, and-"
Norita interrupts Brain by dropping him and singing,
"I want you to want, Brain!  A mouse so vague can't be trusted!  Something, you pine for!"
When Brain lands with a "thwack!", he asks,
"Ms. Norita?"
She ignored him and continued to sing,
"Maybe someone who keeps you lusted!"
Brain angrily responded with,
"Hey!"
"I'm a CEO, not an idea gal, but I hired you to act like a pal!  But if you can't pinpoint in pinpoint royale, then I want you to want..."
She bends down to Brain with an even crazier smile than before and sings,
"To want!!"
She gets up and begins to dance while singing,
"Do you know what I want for myself?"
Brain ended up becoming very uncomfortable with Norita's dancing and said,
"Ok..."
"I've waited so long to tell someone else!"

Meanwhile, just outside of Norita's office, Dot, Wakko, and Buttons, who are all on their break from filming, eavesdrop on the conversation.  Dot asks,
"What's going on?  Is Ms. Norita...singing?"
Buttons responds with,
"Beats me"
"What is she singing about...?"  Asks Wakko.  Suddenly, all three get startled as they hear Brain scream.  They get shocked and Buttons says,
"That can't be good.  Let's get back to the soundstage before she sees that we aren't there-"
The dog and toons run out of the building and back into the soundstage so quickly that no one noticed.

Later on, Brain was really uncomfortable about what Norita just sang about.  The CEO, however, continued to sing,
"Now you know what it is to want!!"
Brain screams,
"I WANT TO GO HOME!!"
"It consumes someone with the passion to drive the primary plot!  So take up yoga or those improv classes!  Volunteer at shelters or Twitch to the masses!  There's gotta be something that'll keep my hands on you!!  I'll carry you!!"
She attempts grabbing Brain again, but he dodged her.  He said
"I'm not being carried again!"
"Cause I want you to want!"
"Ms. Norita!  I'm going to get some coffee!  Do you want anything??"
"No, I want you to want!"
"How about an iced caramel frappe?  Nothing better!!"
Brain suddenly bolts out of Norita's office and he gets out of the building and gets out of Warner Bros as quickly as he can run.  Meanwhile with Norita, she had gotten on top of her desk and she spreads her arms out wide while singing,
"And if you don't want...we're through!"
She then noticed that Brain is gone and said,
"Brain?"
She looks around for him while saying,
"Brain?"
With her arms out wide, she then sang one last time with,
"Brain!!!"
