Exactly five years since that night where her world began to crumble down.

Five. Fucking. Years --- and it still hasn't ended. Everyday felt like pieces of her would rip apart and tears would be its blood. She figured it might not be that long until this pain would empty her.

"Jisoo, we're closing, go home." the bartender was already tidying up the used shot glasses and beer bottles, his voice annoyed but still hints a bit of worry.

"Fine, fine. Here's my payment hehehe." Jisoo lifted her head up and offered the bartender a wrinkled tissue from her pocket.

"What do I expect? Of course it's the 15th, you'll give me tissues for payment."

"You know.. my wallet...I.. forgot--"

"---to bring it because I'm thinking of Jennie too much. Yes, you've been saying that for five years already. Pay me tomorrow and get out, I got you a cab." The bartender would usually kick the ass out of customers like this, but Jisoo, he knew their story. Having to lose someone you gave half of your heart at, that's already worse than a kick in the ass.

Jisoo slid down the tall stool, her small feet touching the floor sooner than she expected, her vision immediately became hazy, the world's turning around and she wasn't really sure why.

"Wait..haha..is this it?" she mumbles incoherently, thinking that maybe this is it. It's finally happening--- the part where her heart will stop breaking because there is no more of it left.

--

Surprisingly, she managed to get out of the bar, using walls as her guide, she stopped abruptly when her shoulders hit an unlit lamp post. She shivered at how cold it felt on her bare arms.

"Who the fuck told me to wear sleeveless?" she hissed at no one, visibly upset but turned to hug the lamp post anyway.

"At least, you're here for me." She embraced the coldness, trying hard to find warmth beneath it. She stayed there, slowly drifting into dreamland until the warmth she needed suddenly felt too real for it to be just a drunken dream.

"Hey, always keep yourself warm." A voice echoed in the empty street, the owner draped a jacket over her.

The soft voice sounds familiar, she spent the last years, trying to convince her senses not to forget how this certain someone feels like. After all, the memories are all she had, why would she let it fade away?

It must be her.

"Kim Jennie?" she turned her head to get a clear view of the person but it was as if the night was exerting an effort to conceal whoever it is behind the cap.

"Ahh Jennie-ah~"

"JENNIE!"

She shouted with all her might hoping it would erase the darkness and she could see the love of her life again.

It did.

The lamp post flickered, providing a light for a second or so.

"Oh you're not Jennie. Jennie doesn't like dyeing her hair." she caress the woman's long blonde hair before smelling it, a loud sniff was heard causing the blonde woman to giggle softly. The brunette sighed disappointedly as she sat down while clinging to the other's legs.

"I guess that Jennie doesn't like strawberry scents too. Get up ma'am."

Jisoo felt the woman gently removed her arms that were clinging on her right leg. However, she was too dizzy to even sit on her own so she proceeded to cling next to the woman's neck.

"Oh...okay cool. I hope you won't mind that--" the woman grunted as she carried Jisoo in a bridal style. "I'll carry you towards the cab, damn you are heavy."

"So you, a non-jennie...AHCK!" Jisoo yelp as the woman almost threw her on the passenger's seat.

"A non-jennie turned out to be my taxi driver hehehe funny." The woman fixed her seatbelt and Jisoo swear she almost shed a tear because Jennie, like this taxi driver, always double checks the seatbelt twice and then would pat her thigh after.

"Okay? Why are you looking at me like that?" The woman uttered while she's getting ready to start the car. Confused, she faced Jisoo completely.

"Like what?"

"Like you're about to french kiss me in this car."

"What....Nooooo~" Jisoo whines like a kid, even showing a childish pout as she slumped back down on her own seat. She crossed her arms and say, "I only do it for Jennie, not to a taxi driver."

"Whatever you say, where should we go?" The driver just smiled it off and in just a second, they're off to ---- I don't know, god knows where Jisoo would bring them.

"Hot chocolate." Jisoo's voice breaks. The memories of her and Jennie grabbing hot chocolate drinks after a full night of drinking with their friends flashed through her mind. Hot chocos are their thing and will always be.
