Chapter 36

Deep's POV:

Flashback:

I saw my AD holding the window sill...

"Deeeeepppp" he squealed as his tiny brown orbs glittered like carnelian stones under the moonlight

I could only see his face and when peeked down I found him sitting on someone's shoulder and only that person head and his hands taking the support of the wall was visible to me

It was obvious that the person was none other than an 18-year-old Arjun...

Back then my room was on the ground floor but the plinth height of our house was a bit high than usual so obviously the window height was a little high too

And as we were kids we couldn't reach up to his heights...

But these brothers had a track record in pulling off secret heroic stunts...

And suddenly AD's head trembled and he caught the sill tightly while his voice broke out with fear "Bhai"

Quickly I held his shoulders tight in an attempt to support him from falling down

I almost lost my breath as tears started pooling up my eyes while his body pulled up till his waist...

With fear engulfed in my heart, I circled my hands around his stomach and got him in

The moment his feet landed on the floor he just threw his hands around my small neck "I missed you sooo much Deep" and instantly my hands circled his torso "I missed you too AD" and began jumping in a circular motion like rabbits

That day the little Aarav and his Deep  found solace in each other's tiny arms

And then both of us helped Arjun to get in...

And the moment Arjun stepped in both of us caught him in a tight hug "You are the best"

Our cheeks were pressed against either side of his upper torso while he circled his hands around us "Are you both happy now??"

We both looked at each other and a smile crinkled our lips when we squeezed him and squealed in unison "Super Duper Happy"

"Shhhh" he alerted us breaking our group hug while taking out his phone he switched on the torchlight and handing it over to AD he walked and switched off the main lights while I quickly held my AD's hand

And that gesture meant "Don't get scared of dark AD...your Deep is with you"

Arjun picked the old wooden table...placed it near the wall right in front of the window and asked us to sit on it...

Moonlight peeking in through the window and the torchlight from the phone provided enough brightness

As the cool breeze was hitting us we felt a blanket on our shoulders and instantly we fisted the ends of it and pulled it close covering ourselves while a soft loving kiss landed on our crowns and our angel simply sat on the floor adoring us

After facing hell for 10 days...finally, my sanity was back to me...

I felt like being home...

"Bhai" AD whispered and I caught him making some signals to Arjun while he got alerted and quickly put his palm on my eyes "Shhh...its a surprise"

I smiled and waited for the surprise while he took off his palm and my eyes twinkled when I saw a big dairy milk chocolate in his hand

Tearing the wrapper I gave a piece to Arjun that he politely denied saying "Aaru bought it especially for you"
