Loving yourself could be simply picking up a glass of water, even though you're craving for a soda, dressing up with the style you want, not what others told you that you should wear, stepping back when people treating you less than you deserve, walking away from situations, and people that ruins your peace, and confidence, spending time with yourself by taking a walk; or taking a break when you feel exhausted.
Small things matter. When life becomes too challenging, you may think you're not improving in your life, but you're actually making progress. You are doing your best every single day by fighting your silent battles, and making peace to your chaotic mind.
So cheer yourself up! Because you're doing so great, more than you think you do, and even if you felt like you're still stuck on where you are standing before.
