Mew thought he was going to live a peaceful and normal life
But little did he think he would catch the eye of someone even the whole world can't catch the eye of.
This one is for Aa-cha I know you requested two ideas but i thought about mixing rhem up and making them into one short story. I hope you don't mind!
Mew's pov:
I stretched my arms and back as i sat back in my chair.
It's another stressful day at work.
I've been running from one place to another the whole day doing this and that.
Perks of being the newbie of the department.
Everyone is panicking even more than usual because the CEO came back from London today.
So all the projects and proposals are being double checked and being sent to his office so he'll be able to check them.
He hates when things aren't done on time and has made sure everyone in the company knows that.
I haven't personally met him yet since i just started here a few days ago and he's been in London for the last 3 weeks.
I tapped my pen on my desk as i thought about him.
The faceless CEO of PL designs.
The prodigy of the design industry.
His name is in every design magazine and there is no one in the industry who doesn't know it.
But not even one person knows what he looks like.
He always wears a mask over his face when going to meetings and events.
No one knows why he hides his face.
When asked he says he doesn't want to be bothered by pests all the time.
That comment shut up a lot of women who were trying to get with him. Of course, with the exception of the overly desperate ones.
Even in this company, no one has ever even caught a glimpse of him without his mask on.
"Mew." I looked up when i heard my name being called.
"Yes, sir?" I straightened up when i saw the department manager standing there.
He handed me a file.
"I need you to take this to the CEO's office."
I blinked and looked at it.
"Me?"
"Yes. The others are too scared to go. And i don't have enough time. You're quite familiar with this proposal since you had a big part in coming up with it. I think it will be a good idea for you to go." He said.
I got up from the chair and nodded taking the file.
I guess they are too scared to face his wrath since this is later than the time this was supposed to be submitted.
I know damn well the manager isn't busy either. He just doesn't want to do it.
Nonetheless, i went to the elevator and pressed the button for the top floor where his office is located.
........
I knocked on the door twice and waited.
Instead of telling me to come in, the door unlocked by itself taking me by surprise.
It's an automatic lock i guess...
I opened it and went inside.
