THEY spend their first day shopping, Caleb spoiling her with luxury things she doesn't need. Katulad nalang ng binili nitong Prada na sling bag sa kanya, may bag na siya na binili ng mama nito, babagsak lang panigurado sa closet niya.
Sa buong araw na nasa mall sila, si Caleb ang dampot ng dampot at siya ang taga pigil. If he saw something that'll suit her or his taste, ipapasukat nito agad sa kanya pagkatapos ay bibilhin. In short, he really became her sugar doctor.
Second day, they went to Taoist temple in Beverly Hills subdivision. She's not into art but the place was too good to be true. You can see the striking view of the city, ito ang unang beses niya na makapunta sa isang tourist spot sa Pilipinas. Nagsisi tuloy siya na sa ibang bansa agad siya namasyal.
Mas marami pa palang io-offer ang Pilipinas.
Avis enjoyed taking pictures of the scenery. Mas lalo pa siyang nag enjoy dahil kasama niya si Caleb. He was silent while letting her wander, pero hawak hawak nito ang kamay niya. Which made her heart flutter.
Third day, they went to the Little Amsterdam in Busay area, para siyang nasa ibang bansa sa ganda ng lugar. Si Caleb mismo ang taga picture niya, but when she realized that they don't have a picture from day one up to the third day. Avis asked some people to took a photo of them together.
"Do we really need to? I mean... Picture?" Naiirita na tanong sa kanya ni Caleb.
Avis pouted and looked at him teary eyed, "please? For me?"
Caleb sighed and looked away. "Fine, after this ready yourself. Masyado ka ng maraming utang sa akin." Suko nito at hinila siya paakyat kung saan sila magpapa picture. It was a big hand, the place was too green that it calms her heart and give her peace.
Avis hugged Caleb and Caleb's hand was wrapped around her waist, she was smiling from ear to ear. Parang sasabog ang puso niya sa sobrang kilig! Damn, she's not a teenager anymore but damn butterflies!
That night, dahil sa pagod nilang dalawa. Bagsak sila sa kama na magkayakap at mahimbing ang tulog. Parang gusto nalang mag stay ni Avis sa Cebu, dito ang dating Caleb ang kaharap at nakakasama niya. He's sweet, gentle and he often smile.
Morning came and they're preparing again. Maaga talaga siyang nagising para mag search ng mga tourist attraction na pwede nilang puntahan, they only have limited days here in Cebu, kaya susulitin na niya.
"Seriously, Avery Scarlett Lane?! Wala ka bang balak magpahinga?" Yamot na tanong sa kanya ni Caleb pero nagbibihis din naman ito.
Avis averted her gazed and focus on her phone. She was currently editing their pictures together, pati na din ang mga picture na mag-isa lang silang dalawa. It's been a long time since she uploaded a picture of them together.
"Tomorrow. Sa bahay nalang tayo hanggang sa umuwi tayo, pagbigyan mo na ako ngayon? Hmm? Last na 'to promise!" She swear and even sign 'cross my heart'.
Caleb just snorted and wear a sando shirt, pagkatapos ay pinatungan ng hoodie. Tsaka niya lang napansin na parehas sila ng suot. Caleb was wearing a black hoodie and black pants, paired with a white adidas shoes. Siya naman ay puti ang kulay ng hoodie na suot niya, black fitted pants and white adidas shoes.
Siya ang pumili sa white Adidas shoes na suot ni Caleb. Nakakahiya naman kasi rito dahil halos lahat ng pera nito sa kanya lang napupunta. She didn't even noticed that he bought her the same design.
"Love, come here for a second." Utos niya rito. Caleb was stunned for a second. "Hey? Na estatwa ka diyan? Halika dito!"
Caleb blinked and sat beside her. Agad niyang pinagdikit ang sapatos nilang dalawa at kinuhanan ng picture, she add some gif and 'pair' text, at ini-my day sa instagram account niya. She giggled when Marga saw it and chat her, pero hindi siya nag reply.
