Where are you?

I wish you'd come out more,

i wish you'd knock on my door

It's been almost three weeks,

and i'm not busy

So, where did you go?

been taking walks all alone

I need to know,

are you with some girl i don't know?

Where did you go?

Behind the Poem :

I'd been close with a friend, so close we'd spent hours together during the summertime, almost every single day. Then, life got in our way. I hadn't seen him for weeks, and the days passed slowly. I took strolls in the neighborhood, wondering, where did he go?
