Personality:
Blunt like Wei Ying, mostly expressionless like Lan zhan. Despite her looks, she's straightforward and relies on her instincts more than her mind. She can be a sass queen with a resting bitch face. When she gets drunk, she's more provocative and more expressive. So like, if Sizhui is calm and level headed like Lan Zhan but more friendly and expressive like Wei Ying, imagine the opposite for Yinuo. Yep, imagine Lan Zhan's poker face combined with impulsiveness and rule breaking tendencies of Wei Ying. Also shameless.
Back when she was younger, ike her twin, they love to clutch on the leg of the person they like. She would also cry whenever Wei Ying serves them spicy congee because her tongue burns. She is always seen with her twin whenever they play with Wei Ying or being carried by Wen Ning. She's easily scared, especially when she first met Lan Zhan because of his expression.
Appearance:
Like her twin, Lan Yinuo posses a fair and refined appearance, with a stoic expression on her face.
She wears the white robes of the Gusu Lan Clan and forehead ribbon with cloud motif reserved for members of House Lan.
History:
She was formerly a Wen like her brother and they are the only living Wen alive. When they were three and the siege at Burial Mound happened, they were hidden in the hole of a tree with her fever ridden twin. It was thanks to her cries that Lan Zhan found them and quickly whisked them to Cloud Recesses.
Sizhui lost her memories because of his fever but Yinuo didn't. She remembers everything but pretends that she also lost her memories after hearing that they were not supposed to be here. However, Lan Zhan knows and she would sometimes confide to him in secret and lived her life as a Lan.
Since girls are supposed to be separated from boys at a certain age when beginning their cultivation training, Yinuo was forced to live on the other side of Cloud Recesses. However, she was quickly taken back with her twin after noticing her sleep walks and her trauma of being separated from her family. Lan Zhan had to when she was found multiple times in the forest. Since then, she's practicing cultivation with her twin and with the males and is more comfortable with them.
Trivia:
Normal alcohol tolerance. Loves to eat spicy food. She never really likes Gusu sect's meals and she is mostly caught sneaking in the kitchen and cooking meat and spicy meals, hence the reason for her punishments.
Calls Sizhui Sizhui-ge or gege when with others. But when they are just training alone, Sizhui calls her A-Nuan and she calls him Yuan-ge
While Sizhui is skilled in literary, arts and almost all subjects aside from sword skills (since he is a bit lacking in this field), yinuo is the opposite. Her hand writing is terrible as ever and she is normal in playing the guqin but she's the best in flutes and her sword skills are one of the best among the disciples.
When night hunting, she uses either sword or dizi and talismans and she's always seen with Sizhui and Jingyi.
She's not actually the worst student, Lan Zhan and Zewu Jun comments that it's because she follows her instincts most of the time that Lan Qiren keeps scolding her for not restraining herself more.
Motto: if you want to eat, you eat. If you want to sleep, you sleep.
The other disciples and sometimes Jingyi or Sizhui are tormented by her spicy meals when they would eat out after night hunting.
It was all because she got used to Wei Ying's spicy congee and meals years ago that she had grown to like it.
Confronted Lan Zhan about Wei Ying after arriving to Cloud Recesses and that she didn't lose her memory like her twin. She didn't try tell sizhui everything, but rather help him remember by doing the simple things they used to do when they were children.
If any male want to court her, they have to beat her in eating spicy foods. All attempted and failed.
Bad at money handling, terrible calligraphy, and shocking arm strength. Many are questioning her if she's really a girl or a gorilla in disguise.
Sizhui basically handles the money and controls their budget. She likes buying any food she sees on streets and she had to be held back. But her performance in night hunting were excellent, though not perfect because of her assaults the client who is in fact the blame, and her eccentricities and Lan Qiren would get stressed from the feedback.
