Iris pov
" Look at him , that's Patrick , no no don't turn now , be vague , just be casual ! " She hissed as I turned around and couldn't recognise who Patrick is .
" Where is he ? " I asked tilting my head sideways .
" The guy with black tux " she sipped her drink growing nervous .
" Are you kidding me , everyone is wearing a tux here Andria ! " She shushed me indicating that I am being loud .
" Well the guy with short haircut , light brown hair ... See now he is smiling , he is standing left to the table opposite to us ! " She whispered not trying to look at his Direction .
I finally saw the guy , he was a bit tall , as she described , his hairs were trimmed in crew cut , which made his defined jaw line grab all the attention , he was attractive and eye catching , I wonder how many people have had a crush on him till now .
I turned to her , found her staring at me for approval .
" He's like soo handsome " I said .
" Yeah ? " She sipped her drink
" Well , are you sure no one's trying to win him or he isn't in a relationship by now ? "
If he ever ends up saying that he is in a relationship then that isn't shocking , he has that fine look , the buzz cut , tall , overall everything a model industry needs . I am sure if he quits this job , model industry might snatch him in no time .
" He is not the only one attractive in our company , well we have plenty of hotties " she explained putting her drink down .
" Really ? " I asked
Maybe I should consider looking for a job in a company , why am I even a writer , as if you can always write working an actual job and fullfill all needs and expenses . And you also get to see these gorgeous people everyday .
I mean that will be .......
" You still there ? " I snapped and nodded .
" I mean our company have good looking men and women , even people in their 50s look as hot as Tom cruise " she giggled
" I am thinking of getting a job now " I pushed my hair back looking at polished ground beneath me .
" FINALLY ! " she squealed a bit louder , two women were staring at her in concern as they looked at eachother to approve her as a complete psycho in a matter of second .
" Shh ! " I pursed my lips .
She continues gushing about getting a job in her branch and company and how we can always catch lunch and go home together in my car , and catch up with coworkers together , also be mischievous at the job .
Which actually sounded very fun .
I was smiling all the way through the conversation , she seemed soo happy for me .

After few more hours , we both were tired while some people were having a dance we decided to leave .
Andria rushed towards the exit and I took my time readjusting my heels , and got up walked towards the exit as well .
I ran into someone and looked up , I mumbled a quick sorry before making eye contact with the person .
It was a tall man , very classy looking hottie , I blinked twice adjusting my eyes back on a beautiful view infront of me .
" Sorry " I said
He stared into my eyes , it hinted curiosity .
His grey eyes scanned the peasant me , his Adam apple moved up and down as he was trying to speak something .
" I apologise , I wasn't looking either "
His voice took me back , it was familiar to the one I heard previously .
Who is he ?
" It's okay " I said in low voice ready to leave .
" Leaving ? " I saw one of his eye brow quirk sideways .
" Uh yeah " I sounded nervous and eager to leave , thanks to his intimidating presence which motivated me to run away from this fancy hall .
" Do you work for this company love ? " His hoarse and deep voice gave very rare vibes , as if only fortunate souls get to hear it .
He was wearing an expensive looking tux , his raven black hair were styled and pushed backwards , his very light beard adorned his sharp features and shape jaw .
Compared to any other man , he looked very elegant , polite , good looking .
" no " I shook my head lightly .
" I see " he stepped closer maintaining our awkward conversation .
" My friend works here actually ..." I said
Oh shoot ! She's outside waiting for me .
" Who is your friend by the way ? " He inquired looking down at me with a smile .
" It's Andria Clair " I stated wanting to leave now.
He nodded .
He smells divine.....
" I am sorry , I have to go now " I smiled apologising .
He looked a bit disappointed but quickly covered it with a warm smile .
Damn he's soo fine !
" I didn't get your name , love " he lowered his glass of wine which I didn't notice he has been holding until now .
" Oh it's Iris " I smiled before turning around and rushing out , still feeling his gaze on me .
