After few days. Abhishek went to Avneet's room.

Avneet: Yes?
Abhishek: Baat karni thi tujhse.
Avneet: Hmm?
Abhishek (took deep breath): I am sorry. I behaved so rudely with you. I hurted you alot.
Avneet: It's okay!
Abhishek: Haan mujhe pata hain tu yehi bolegi. Sun pehle meri baat.

Avneet nodded.

Abhishek: Avneet my behave in previous days hurted you alot. I never realise what my actions are leaving effect on you. Pata nahin kis kis ka gussa maine tujh par nikala tha. I am sorry.
Avneet: It's Okay!
Abhishek (rolling his eyes): Huh! So for you I am your brother?
Avneet: Umm... As per mumma papa yes but not for me.
Abhishek: Okay! Can I be your friend?
Avneet: Mere koi friends nahin hain. So you will tease me.
Abhishek: Pakka nahin karuga tease. Abhi maan bhi jaa meri maa.

Avneet nodded, giggling.

Abhishek: Ek min! (He took a box from pocket) Ye tere liye gift.

Avneet took it. She opened it and saw a open and saw diary.

Abhishek: Tujhe kisi se bhi share karne me dar lagta hain kuch bhi. Isme likh diya kar. You will feel good.
Avneet: Aapko kaise pata?
Abhishek: I do same.

Avneet nodded. She stood up and hug him.

Abhishek (hugging her back): I was your worst enemy na?

Avneet nodded.

Abhishek: I will try to be your best friend.
Avneet: Pakka? Tang to nahin karoge?
Abhishek: Try karuga na karu. But pakka promise.

Avneet giggle hugging him tight.

Abhishek: Or haan main na kal se tujhe self defense sikhauga.
Avneet (nodded): But why?
Abhishek: In future koi mere jaisa tujhe tang kare to tu uske hath pair tod sake. Bina kisi tension ke hath pair tod dena. Main and dad murder kar lege phir.

Avneet broke the hug and looked at him in shock. Abhishek burst out laughing.

Avneet (thinking): Or haan vo bhabhi bhabhi jo aapke friends bolte the. Vo kya tha?
Abhishek: Duh! Unko ignore kar. They are not my friends anymore. Maybe we don't consider or bonded in that way but we are siblings.
Avneet (nodded): Suddenly mujhe sorry bol kar, friendship karna yaad aaya?
Abhishek: Na! Since party I am thinking about it. I just want guts. Ho gayi teri interrogation ya or kuch hain? Seriously you are sounding like mom.

He roll his eyes. Avneet giggle.

Avneet: I have gift for you.

She went to her cupboard and came back with a box of watch. She gave to Abhishek.

Abhishek (looking at watch): Boyfriend ke liye li thi kya?
Avneet: Mera koi boyfriend nahin hain.
Abhishek: Arey haan! Tera boyfriend banega kaise baat to karti nahin kisi se.
Avneet (irritated): To aapki harkate dekh kaun aapki girlfriend banegi?
Abhishek (raising his eyebrow): Huh! Aese gusse se baat mere se.

Avneet got scared.

Avneet (nervous, looking down): Aapne bola jo tang nahin karoge. Aap bhi to kar rahe ho.
Abhishek (thinking): Maine aese kab bola?

Avneet looked at him with shock. He burst out laughing.

Abhishek (Controlling his laugh): Ek baat sach sach bata.
Avneet: Hmm?
Abhishek: Kabhi mom ya dad ko tune meri complain kyun nahin ki? Like I used to bully you then project ka I ditched you.
Avneet (looking down): Aapke father mujhe school se nikal dete to?
Abhishek (confused): Dad mujhe punish karte. Tujhe kyun school se nikalte? Mujhe mom nikal deti.
Avneet: Nahin! Papa nahin aapke real father.

Abhishek (roll his eyes): Vo mere koi nahin lagte. So don't call him my father but vo tujhe school se kyun nikalta? Usme itni aukaat to hain nahin.
Avneet (shocked): Vo school ke trustee jo hain.
Abhishek (shocked): Vo school ka trustee? Kuch bhi? Ye sada hua joke tujhe kisne bataya? Aur if vo school ka trustee hota to main school hi chor deta. Uske under padhne se acha.
Avneet: Vo mere classmates bolte hain. Your father is school's trustee. That's why I was scared ke school se nikal diya to. Or kabhi kisi ne mujhe aapke father ka name ya kuch bataya. So that I can know trustee isn't your father.
Abhishek (sighed): Dekh pehli baat I don't even consider him as a sweeper in my life. Second thing aesa kuch mom ko pata chala to vo mujhe school se nikal deti. Teri studies par affect nahin hone deti. Lastly I am sorry for past but abhi pakka wala promise I will be your friend... First friend.

Avneet nodded.

Abhishek: Chal video game khelte hain.
Avneet: Nahin! Mujhe nahin aati.
Abhishek (dragging her in living area): I will teach you. Come.

He took her in living area. Both sat playing video game. Enjoying each other's company fully. Laughing, giggling, teasing each other.

In evening. Shivika came home from office. Both were shocked but happy more looking at Abhineet.

Shivaay: I am also joining you.

He went and sat with them. Avneet sat on his lap.

Avneet (whining): Mujhe ache se sikhao papa. He isn't teaching properly. See continously he is winning cheating karke.
Abhishek (shout): Kya jooth jooth bol rahi hain. Maine koi cheating nahin ki. Tujhe khelne nahin aa rahi hain. What's my fault?
Shivaay: Okay! Let's play. Avneet try to defeat him.

Abhishek and Avneet started playing with Shivaay. Anika sat with them, cheering them. They all sat there. Playing and Enjoying it.

Though they never realised but time started making them comfortable with each other. After marriage of their parents. Avneet was less scared of him. He started considering her as part of family. They took time to understand everything but at last they did.
