Leadership

The leader has a special power or skill by which he can influence a
group of people. The basis for such influence is often the power
vested in a person by law and constitution.

While some managers are able to influence
their position, not all managers have the qualities to be a 'leader'.

Leading qualities in an industrial manager are considered essential.
In order to work effectively in the organization,a person with the
qualities of both a leader and a manager is required.

Leaders meet the
challenges and have a constructive vision. Inspire their team as the visionary and oraganizes everything with proper planning.

Manager  - plans, structure, regulates,

with the possibility and opportunities to become a leader.

In the workplace environmentin the industrial
sector, many factors such as workplace planning, equipment design,
relationships with co-workers, and the physical environment affect the  efficiency, productivity and fatigue of workers.

environment affects their efficiency, morale, productivity,and work
satisfaction.

Work environment is the workplace environment which includes
workplace arrangements, seating arrangements, psychosocial
relationships, roles and physical environment.

Success = training + work environment

The results of
several studies in the field of engineering psychology have shown that
the design and arrangement of tools as well as the employee's
relationships with others, psychosocial and physical environment
affect their work. Hawthorne's studies also support this view.

Employees don’t just work for money. The work
environment affects the employee's work, efficiency,work satisfaction
and fatigue.

For the low level of productivity of workers in the industry, for the
workplace environment is responsible, which leads to fatigue,
waste of raw materials, an unhealthy, dull and uncomfortable
dissatisfaction with work, and an increase in accidents.

Some colors and colored light create
constructive effects in the work of the employee. Proper arrangement of illumination in which the intensity of light and
