Taehyung doesn't know how she was able to meet up with her when she was supposed to have a concert in Coachella but he doesn't want to think about it anymore as long as he can talk to her.

According to the text, their meeting place was in front of Han River where they had their first date so it was a very important place for them.

There were no people in the surrounding places because of the work and school so he went down the car without a disguise.

So many thoughts flooded his brain at that exact moment on what to expect when she saw her back facing him.

He hugged her in the back when he was finally near her and Jisoo didn't even flinch as if it was normal.

"Did you come to meet me once you landed?" he asked making her smile "Yes" she said so he pulled away and made her face him

"Why? You should have rested first" he said with a worried gaze so she caressed her cheek "I have to say it today" she said but he didn't look pleased

"Tae, remember when we first met?" she started making Taehyung nod

"Yes, I believe that we met before you even debuted. We met when I sneaked out of practice and because my money wasn't enough you paid for my food. You were so pretty" he said and tucked a hair behind her ear

"That's right. Then we met again as idols at the Inkigayo, I remembered getting shocked when I saw you performing" she said with a smile

"It was so hard to serenade you because of all the male idols who liked you and you were serious about your career too. I was lucky enough to be in front of you now" he said making her chuckle

"It was two long years of hiding" Taehyung nodded at her statement "Hey Tae, were you happy with the years that you were with me?" she asked and Taehyung was confused at her question

"Of course I do. Why are you asking this?" he said while looking for any answers in her face that she ignored

"That's great. I'm happy to hear that" she said with a sigh of relief before stepping backward

"Jisoo?" Taehyung called with confused eyes "Taehyung.." she had a smile on her face but with a sad emotion in her eyes

"What... Jisoo.." he was so confused and the next thing she said completely struck him.

"Let's break up"

Those words took his breath away as his heart ached "Your joking right?" he said and held into her wrist

"Why are you doing this, Jagi? Stop joking" he said and kissed her hands "Oh, how I wish it was" Jisoo said with a sad smile making Taehyung freeze

"I'm sorry, Taehyung" before Jisoo could even pull away from him he had already kneeled in front of her "Taehyung stop this" she said and tried pulling him up

"No" he said and looked up at her with teary eyes "We can still fight for us, Jisoo" he said so Jisoo shook her head

"How can we do that when the whole world is against us?" she said that made Taehyung cry and pressed his forehead at her hands

"Please.. Don't leave me.." Taehyung's begging voice made Jisoo tear up so she looked up "Oh god.. Why is this so hard?" she muttered before looking down at Taehyung and kneeling

"Accept it. We can't fight for this. We are destroying ourselves. We are being selfish" she said and wiped his tears

"Why? Is it bad to be selfish? Don't I deserve to be selfish for once? Jisoo, don't decide this on your own" he said while shaking his head

"Taehyung, I just don't want you to regret anything" she said "I won't regret as long as you don't leave me" he sobbed

"Why? By the time we fight for this you would be regretting leaving your fans, your members, your career" she said that made Taehyung cry harder

"I know you love me, Taehyung but I can't fight with your members or fans" her words only made his heartache more

"You can spread your wings more and shine more brightly, Taehyungie" she sweetly said and wiped his tears "I don't want you to leave.." he cried making Jisoo smile

"Don't worry. If we are destined for each other then destiny will do something itself to get us together. We will still meet in the future and see what happens, hm?" she said with a comforting voice making Taehyung cry more

"I love you.." he said as Jisoo made a sad smile "I love you too, Taehyung" she said and landed a kiss on his lips. And just like that, they were now in their separate ways.

Taehyung went home that day crying and that made the members worry.

Without words needed they already know what happened. Jin showed a sad smile "She's gone, Hyung.." he cried

"She left me" he said so they hugged him together "It's okay, Taehyung. It will be okay" Jin said as Taehyung cried.

When Jisoo arrived back in the US, she was welcomed by the members in the airport.

Seeing all of them there she quickly ran to them and hugged Jennie "I did it. I didn't have a choice I needed to leave him" she mumbled so the members looked at each other

"You did well, Eonnie" Chaeyoung said as Lisa quietly hugged her "We're proud of you for overcoming this" Jennie said and patted her back as Jisoo finally cried that she kept on holding.

Maybe some people are just meant to meet and fall in love but end without a happy ending.

All those memories that they will cherish forever because destiny told them to be apart. You just have to wait for the right moment for the two hearts not to hurt anymore.

Even though their love was forbidden to the world they didn't regret anything while they were still together. Well, isn't relationships is supposed to have trials?

If only they were born with different identities. In different worlds. Then maybe this forbidden love won't be forbidden.
