Lunes na ngayon. First day ko sa trabaho. Eros told me that I do not need to undergo formal training. Madali lang naman daw maging secretary niya. He said all I need to do is answer calls, organize his schedule, arrange meetings, and basically just assist him. Nagkibit-balikat na lamang ako. Kaya ko naman siguro 'yon. Tuturuan niya naman daw ako kung paano.
Nandito na ako ngayon sa loob ng building ng kumpanya. Today, I am dressed in my best formal clothing. Nag-ayos din ako ng sarili. I curled my hair a little and I applied minimal makeup.
In awe, I roamed my eyes around. This place is so huge, and everyone looks pretty. I can't believe na dito na ako magtatrabaho simula ngayon.
Matapos huminga nang malalim, dumiretso na ako sa elevator. I instantly pressed the number 12 button. I was about to close the doors when I saw a girl rushing towards me. I think nagmamadali siyang makapasok sa elevator, kaya naman hinintay ko na siya.
"Thanks," hinihingal na sabi niya sa akin nang sa wakas ay nasa loob na siya ng elevator.
"No problem," I simply responded. "What floor?" tanong ko sa kaniya.
"To the 9th floor, please. Thanks," aniya habang nag-aayos ng buhok. Nagulo yata sa kamamadali niya kanina.
"Got it," I muttered and pressed the number 9 for her.
I secretly glanced at her. She looks classy. Her hair is blonde, and it's wavy. Bagay na bagay sa napakaputi at napakakinis niyang balat. She has a pair of almond eyes, red plump lips, and a pointy nose. Ang ganda ng makeup niya, parang gawa ng isang professional makeup artist. At ang ganda rin ng hubog ng katawan niya --- she's sexy. Medyo umusog ako palayo. Bigla akong nanliit. I look like a potato standing next to her.
"I guess you're new. It's my first time seeing you here."
Napalingon ako sa kaniya. Kinakausap niya yata ako.
"A-Ah, yeah. It's my first day today. I'm the CEO's new secretary." I flashed her a small smile.
"Really?" Her eyes widened a bit. "Nice to meet you. I'm Nikita Silvano. I'm the sales manager here at the main branch." Inilahad niya ang kaniyang kanang kamay.
Wow. She must be intelligent and skilled at communicating. What an amazing woman.
"I'm Gwen Cristobal. Nice to meet you too," I introduced myself and shook hands with her.
"You are welcome to seek help from me if you need it, Gwen," she told me after breaking the handshake.
"Thank you." I gave her a grateful smile. She's so nice.
Maya-maya pa, huminto na ang elevator sa 9th floor.
"Nandito sa 9th floor ang office ng sales team. You're welcome to visit. I will introduce you to my friends," aniya sa akin bago tumapak palabas ng elevator. I just nodded with a smile. She's making my heart flutter. I can't believe someone could be so perfect. "Bye." She gave me a wave bago tuluyang sumara ang pintuan.
