Caitlin entered the training studio early. She had been adamant that she wasn't going, but she still had this anger towards Ronnie all built up inside her, and she needed to let it all out. She got ready and stood in front of a punching bag. She started punching it and kicking it, imagining it was Ronnie and letting all her anger out. Soon she was hot and sweaty, but she didn't care. This felt good. So she carried on, despite her tiredness and how much her muscles were hurting. She finally stopped when she could do no more, and collapsed on the floor. Even though she was in pain, it had felt good to get everything out. Maybe now that it was all out, she could finally move on. But right now, she was tired. She just wanted to sleep 

She awoke later in a room. She didn't know what it was, or where she was, so she ran out, hoping to find someone to let her know what was happening

"Hello, is anyone there?"

Caitlin saw an open door and ran in to the room. She was shocked at what she saw. Barry was sitting there, with another girl all over him

"Sorry. I didn't mean to interrupt. I just wanted to thank you Barry for putting me in the room, after I collapsed"

"Caitlin" said Barry running after her, "it's not what it looks like"

"I don't care Barry. It's none of my business. It's your life. Your free to do what you want"

"But?"

"Barry, don't feel guilty. We're nothing to each other, so don't think that you have upset me. Go, have fun. Looks like you were enjoying yourself. Sorry for interrupting"

"That's my exgirlfriend"

"Well looks like you have made up"

"No. That's the thing. She won't take no for an answer"

"I see"

"Caitlin, help me"

"Me? What can I do?"

"Pretend to be my girlfriend"

"What? No!"

"Just to warn her off"

"That won't work. She already knows by my speech that I'm nothing to you"

"Please help me"

"Sorry, no can do. Enjoy your time with her"

Caitlin walked off. She stood in front of the punch bag and attacked it. Maybe she should help Barry. He had done so much for her. She walked into the room and pulled Iris from Barry

"What the hell do you think that you are doing? How dare you be all over my boyfriend"

Caitlin walked up to Barry and kissed him on the cheek 

"I'm sorry baby. Your right, it was all my mistake"

"Iris, I did try to tell you I had Caitlin, but you refused to believe me"

"Come near Barry again, and I'll kill you. That's not a threat. It's a promise"

Barry smiled as Iris ran out of the room 

"I dont think she'll be bothering you again. By the way you are welcome"

"Wow Caitlin. I'd hate to get on the wrong side of you"

"Too right you wouldn't"

"The way you acted, it was like you actually cared"

"Don't push it"

Caitlin reached the bag, and started kicking it. Barry watched her as she let all her aggression out. He grabbed the bag

"Focus Caitlin. You can do this. Pretend that this is your worst enemy, and let all that anger inside you out"

Caitlin screamed as she attacked the bag. All that pent up rage and anger was unleashed. She was exhausted, but kept going. Finally she was exhausted and collapsed as Barry rushed and quickly grabbed her 

Caitlin woke up later, to Barry watching over her

"Are you alright?"

"I feel better now that all that pent up anger and rage is out. It feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders"

"Your mood swings are giving me whiplash"

"I told you Barry, I'm not a good person to get involved in. I'm alright one day, and the next I'm going crazy. I'm broken Barry. You can never have a normal life with me. So please go ahead and find someone you can have a normal life with"

"Won't that bother you?"

"Why would it? It's not like we're anything to each other. I'd be happy for you. Knowing that you are happy and living your best life would make me happy, especially knowing that I can't give you that"

"Caitlin"

"Just leave it Barry yeah? I can't deal with this"
