Rakshan rushed to the hospital and enquired the doctors about his friend and his wife...

Rakshan rushed to the headquarters of Aryan group of industries and entered the secret room that was only known to him and Akash
He opened the safety locker and took a blue colour file that Akash told him to read if something happens to him.... rakshan searched for it with trembling hands and started reading it....his vision got blurry due to tears.
He still remembered their conversation last month

Rakshan was a mess after reading it but he knew Akash trusted him and he would do as mentioned in the document but not before making a detailed investigation of everything

Suddenly he called his private investigator
P.I : hello rakshan sir sollungha yaara pathi terinjikanum?
R: Charu Rajkumar and her family
PI: sir, madam oda details ah ?
R: ama enna achu nu teriyum la unghaluku....enaku en Akash ah thavira yaar melayum nambikai illa

Author pov: next day.....
Charu hurt to open her eyes,it hurt to breathe,it hurt to wake up.
When her eyes finally opened after trying multiple times, she looked up and found a well lit room
She could hear faint voices overpowered by beeping sound. Am I hooked up to a machine? she thought her mind unable to make any connections.
She had a flash of memory, headlights approaching her,there was pain, unbearable pain everywhere.when she moved her arm ashe heard a silent beeping an alarm going off.
She could hear shuffling vat the end of her bed, assuming b the alarm had done some magic and brought someone to her
"Charu kutty"
It was her mother, she felt her mother's hands carefully touching her arm. The pain was too much that it felt like Charu's bones had shattered inside her skin.
"Amma" she called out ,the word sounding parched to her ears. She heard her mother sobbing and rush of people speaking in murmurs at the end of her bed.
"Mrs Aryan", she could hear a man speak.
Suddenly her bed shifted her head was being lifted and she met the eyes of a elderly man in white coat.He looks tired her brain added, there were bags under his eyes and he was clicking his pen nervously, her mother was no where to be found in the room.
D: Mrs Aryan do you remember being in an accident?
At his prompt, she knew now what those flash of memory had been. An accident. How was that possible?she and her husband were coming home,they were on their way from the party. It was only a 20 mins drive.
D: you were hit by a drunk driver last night Mrs Aryan. He ran a red light and hit the side of car you had been sitting in .but fortunately you were wearing your seatbelt,so damage was lesser than we had expected
Charu could hear him speaking to her but none of the words made sense. He was telling her about herself but he didn't once mentioned Mr Aryan. He was in the car with her. He was right beside her. He had been wearing a suit she thought would look good on him.He made her laugh. That was the last thing she could remember before everything turned black.
D: However your right arm broke in bone place hence the cast. You have a slight femur injury on right side as well,the side where you hit on impact.There were minimal internal bleeding near your spine that we were able to clear out as well . The trauma your body underwent was less than we initially thought with the amount of blood loss you suffered. However accident in the early pregnancy can be dangerous for the fetus. I'm sorry Mrs Aryan, but you suffered a miscarriage from the trauma to your body
Her doctor's voice showed sympathy. To his credit he looked admonished and unable to meet her eyes.
Charu moved her hand to her stomach,not able to accept what had just been told to her. Her baby. Her hope. It couldn't be gone. This wasn't her life. This couldn't possibly be her life. And where was Mr Aryan? Weren't they supposed to go on a vacation with vivaan? Oh my god where is vivaan? Where is my son?
Then she realised that she had been crying. Hot tears rolled down her cheeks and suddenly she couldn't feel her physical pain .her heart ached. Something was missing. How could this have happened to her?How could this have happened to them?
She heard the doctor speaking in hushed voices, she could feel herself being lied down and footsteps disappeared. She felt a cold hand in hers and saw her mother crying silently. The ache in Charu's chest didn't lessen and she cried herself to sleep....
